Episode 1 (Introduction):

The story is set in Rajasthan. It starts a mother(ambika) and daughter(shubhra) getting ready to go someplace. Ambika praises Shubhra for being very fair.Then father(Narpat) comes enquiring about Saloni. He also enquires about his son Samar and wife tells him that he is out with his friends. The father is annoyed with his son. On their way out they meet a widow Gayatri. ambika and shubhra taunt her.

At the wedding everyone is having a nice time and another character is introduced. It's Manno bhabhi, Ambika's husband's elder brother's wife. Ambika tells Manno bhabhi that she is worried about Saloni as she is very dark and no worries about fair Shubhra.

A lady whom everyone addresses as thakurayin comes to the wedding. Manno bhabi asks about her son's wedding. Thakurayin says she is waiting for a girl with lots of dowry for her son.

Introduction of Neel and Saloni. They are childhood friends. Always there for each other. He asks saloni to dance to his song. A beautiful song and dance by Neel & Saloni. Padma thakutaryin is very impressed with her dance and wants to see her face. When veil comes off she is shocked to see a dark girl (i didn't find her dark).

At home Ambika scolds Saloni for not putting enough make up. She is worried that no one would marry Saloni and if elder sister remains unmarried then how will her fair & pretty (?) younger daughter Shubhra marry? Her bua supports her and tells her not to worry. Narpat scolds Ambika for taunting Saloni everyday. But she says it's not her but others. So many proposals came but everyone backed off because of dark color. Saloni tells bua that she is tired of decking up for guys and getting rejected. Next day Ambika apologizes to Saloni for her rude remarks. They have nice mother-daughter talk.

Neel and Saloni go to the temple. There her handkerchief falls on the ground and Neel takes and keeps it. Gayatri bua see that. She tells Saloni that Neel is a nice boy but Ambika doesn't like him because he belongs to some other caste.

Thakurayin and Manno bhabhi come to Narpat's house to ask Saloni's hand in marriage but asks for a dowry of 25 lakhs. Other than that lots of jewellery, car and other stuff. Narpat and Ambika are shocked to hear this demand. Narpat tells her that he can give only 10 lakhs, Padma thakurayin scoffs at him. They bargain over dowry. Padma thakurayin's son's name is Kunjan.

It starts with Saloni thinking about the childhood days spent with Neel. She as a child brings roti for Neel (very cute scene)..........and he teaes her saying he is not going to eat kachi roti. She gets upset, and Neel takes it and says that also if she give him dough to eat, he will eat it happily. Saloni says that when she grows big she will make proper rotis for him and better then Aapji. Neel says nobody can cook better than Aapji. They both start laughing. Scene ends.

Saloni is with her friend crying and saying that she was blindly expecting love from Neel whereas he only considers her as a friend. The friend says that no he loves you. Saloni says that if he did then after coming to know that she is getting married he would have come to meet her. The friend says uski koi majburi hogi.

Neel is with Aapji. He has refused to work in the hotel even though the hotel manager tried to convince him to stay back. aapji explains to him that music is the only cure to his sadness. Aapji thinks that he has to do something

At Saloni's place:

Her dad and Samar are at the breakfast table and mum comes there also Shubhra comes. Mum asks where is Saloni? Shubhra says she went to call her but Saloni refused. Mum says call her again but she refuses. Mum goes to Saloni's room.

She asks her to come for b'fast but Saloni refuses by saying that she doesn't feel like having it. Mum says that very soon you are going to get married, and we don't want to hear from your in-laws that we haven't fed you well. She says this jokingly. She then says that what I am going to say is very harsh but only a mum can say this to her daughter. However many qualities a girl might posses but the one that is required/seen by all is the outer beauty. To this Saloni becomes very sad. Mum say's now come on for breakfast. She somehow convinces her and takes her for b'fast.

Mum and dad (Saloni's) are talking about the list for the wedding when Aapji comes to meet them. The mom gets up from where she is sitting and sits a bit further. Saloni's dad welcomes him and asks him what brings him there. Aapji says that he has come to talk about Saloni. Mom's eyeballs are about to fall. He says quite a lot about childrens' happiness. He then asks Saloni's hand for Neel. At this both mom and dad are shoked. Mom says akhir ahigaye na apni occhi jaat par. Mein apni beti ko jeete ji kuwe mein dhakeldungi lekin us gane bajane wale ke saath shadi nahi karne dungi. Neel has heard this and he is standing at the door. Aapji asks him why are you here. He really gets angry but says that because you (mom and dad) are elder to him and Saloni's parents he doesn't want to do anything warna........... and they both leave.

Buasa is combing Saloni's hair and they are talking about how do parents get their daughter's married and all that. She talks about how she used to play doll marriages as a child. Just then Shubhra comes and taunts Saloni saying look at her, only her wedding has been fixed and ranisahebane sajna dhajna shuru kardiya. She also says that she just met her bro-in-law. She compares him with Saloni by saying something like Jiju is a diamond and you are a stone. Saloni doesn't like this. Buasa tries to stop Shubhra by saying try to talk properly to your elder sister.

Padma rings Saloni's mom and Shubhra picks up the phone. She shouts to her mom and Padma just moves the receiver from her ears and make a face. Ireally liked it

Mom greets Padma> padma says that Kunjan wanted to take Saloni out for dinner but was feeling shy. ( shy my foot )

So momsi agrees on sending Saloni with Kunjan.

Shubhra goes to Saloni's room and says Di I have some good news for you. She says, uncle........oops i mean jiju is coming to pick u up and wants to take u out for a candlelight dinner. Saloni refuses and at that time mom enters there and Shubhra says look mom I came to tell di that jiju is coming to take her out and she is refusing. Mom convinces Saloni to go out with Kunjan.

Mom dressing Saloni. Lookin at mom I felt she was going to go out for the date. She puts some earings on Saloni and says I can't wait to dress you up as a bride. Shubhra comes and says hurry up, how much will u make kunwarsaab wait. They come downstairs and Kunjan sees Saloni. Mom introduces Saloni to him and Shubhra says I am her younger sis and we have already met b4, to which Kunjan agrees. Kunjan and saloni leave.

They come to this restaurant/hotel, where all the waiters know him as he a usual visitor to that place with his friends. Neel is there in the hotel to sing. He sees Saloni with Kunjan and is sad...............He sings and Kunjan tries to touch Saloni's hand..........

Samar loves kaveri. Padma thakurayin condition that her son Kunjan would marry saloni only if samar agress to marry her daughter. samar agrees to sacrifice his love for his sister. Shubhra taunts Saloni for this. Kaveri's dad is a criminal type of guy . He wants Kaveri to marry samar to get some things done by Narpat.

Padma thakurayin comes to samar's house with her daughter but Samar backs out and doesn't agree to marry her.

The girl's dad and mom are very annoyed with Samar's parents with what Samar has done. They ask them what is all these. They all leave.

Mannobhabhi: "Kya izaat bad gayi meri". She tells to Narpat that couldn't he take care of his son. You have ruined my reputation. You all will sit comfortably in the house and I will have to face the society. I don't know what all I have to hear. Saying this she leaves. (Superb acting)

All look at Samar. He moves to his dad….

Narpat: Stay where you are. (in a raised voice)

Samar: Papa I'm sorry…..

Samar gets a hard slap from his dad (Kaveri is stunned). All Look

Narpat: Don't utter a word. I thought my son would bring glories to my name, but this is what you did…….Due to your act my head has bowed down with shame.

Padma: Bhaisaab, we would leave now.

As she is leaving, she sees behind and asks Kunjan to come along. Before he leaves, he goes near to Saloni and asks her not to worry as what had to happen has happened. He tries to touch her face with his hands. He says " you don't worry, I am there to handle everything and asks her to call him if there's anything.

After they leave:

Ambika goes to Samar and asks him ehy did you betray your family?

Kaveri: Mummyji please forgive us.

Ambika: By forgiving you, will I get back my family's reputation? First you instigate my son, then………


Samar tries to say something but Narpat pushes him and says "GET OUT FROM HERE"

Narpat tells Ambika to ask Samar to leave this place and take Kaveri with him.

Samar goes to his mom but nobody wants to listen, so he leaves the house with Kaveri.

At Kaveri's house:

She is all saying about how Narpat insulted his own son infront of all to her dad. Her dad says, that you both don't worry at all, I'm thjere to take care of all these matters and everything will be fine. He asks Kaveri to take Samar to her room and rest as they are tired.

As soon as they go, Kaveri's brother says to his dad that he doesn't like this alliance at all. But Kaveri's dad says that he know business better and he wouldn't put his hand in something if it won't benefit him. Just then Mannnobhabhi enters and introduces herself to all.

She asks him why did you do this and it is because of your support that the kids took such a step. He tells her that he knows exactly what the matter is and how much and where are they hurt. He say's I'm there naaa. ( he meant about the dowry )

At Hotel:

Neel is singing in the hotel. (I love this song….teri ankhon…….) and there is a lady who is listening to him attentively. She then writes something on a tissue and asks the waiter to give it to Neel. Neel reads the note and comes to meet her. She is someone from music industry. (sorry forgot her name) They show in mute that they have a talk.

Neel comes home and is very happy, he takes blessing from Aapji and tells him all that if he wouldn't have forced him to go to sing today then he would have missed this day. He tells him that he met this famous lady and she is taking him to Mumbai and wants him to sing in films. Aapji is very happy and asks Neel to tell this to Saloni as she would be very happy.

Saloni's House:

Ambika and Narpat are sitting and ambika tells to Narpat that she knows her son very well that he can't stay away from them for long and he will soon call to ask for forgiveness. Just then the phone rings. She overcomes with joy and says, see my son has rang us, and he will soon leave that girl and come back to us. Saying this she picks up the phone but nobody speaks when she says hello. It was Neel on the other end. He wanted to speak to Saloni.

Ambika gets dejected and is sad that it wasn't Samar. Narpat gets really annoyed and tells her that from now on Samar is dead for them and nmobody should talk about him. Ambika tells him something very bad.( sorry I couldn't get what she said) and leaves

Narpat is very angry on what all is happening, he goes and stands infront of his photo which he throws to the ground/. Saloni picks it up and goes to her room and cries. Shubra who is sleeping gets annoyed at the noise and she starts her rude talking to Saloni. She says all is because of u. Saloni thinks yes, all is happening b'se of me so now I will set things right and she leaves to go somewhere.

As soon as she leaves, Neel comes to meet her. Probabbly he was leaving on that very day as he had a bag with him. He meets Ambika on the doorstep and she stops him and asks him why is he here after her forbidding him not to come. He says that he wanted to meet Saloni, but she refuses. Neels leaves.

Padma's House:

Saloni comes there to ask Padma to take her condition back for rupees 21,000,000 for the marriage.

November 20

(brief update) Kunjan goes out with saloni and tries to force Saloni to stop , Saloni slaps him.Padma calls Ambika and informs her what Saloni has done.Ambika shouts at Saloni, saloni says she has not done any wrong. Manno convinces Padma not to break the rishta but Padma outs the condition that they must give her more money and Saloni must aplogise. Ambika,Narpat try to convince Saloni to apologise. Saloni refuses.

November 21

So the episode starts off with Saloni being forced to apologize for her
behavior. She refuses to do so and furthermore she refuses to get
married into that family. Ambika forces her to apologize and
Narpat tries to reason with her that apologies don't make one
smaller. Saloni agrees to apologize, but Saloni will not
sacrifice her father's principles and integrity. They settle that
she will apologize.

Saloni's mother urges her father to bring Samar and Kaveri back
home. Narpat is adament that he will not bring them home and
walks off. Ambika and her dewarani will take care of what needs
to be done.

Mano calls Takhorine Padma and they agree to meet Saloni
tomorrow. Takhorine Padma and her nalayak son have a conversation
about Saloni. He says that he will not marry her as she slapped
him. Takhorine says that they are getting 4 lacs extra for her
slap. Takhorine says that they will get even with her once she is
married into the family.

Saloni thinks about all the happenings and everyone's thana's.
She thinks of her love, Neel. She thinks about how much she needs
Neel and that he is not there.

Neel is talking with Rewa and he is telling her about his family.
Rewa phone rings, but she ignores it. She asks Neel to continues
and he tells her of his tragedy. Neel tells her about Aapji and
the phone rings again. Neel finally asks her to answer the
phone. She asks him not interfere in her personal matters and
walks off. The house phone rings and Neel answers. The
person says that Rewa is his and belongs to him. Rewa catches him
answering the phone. She is even more upset. She says that
she wants to be left alone.

Kaveri bhabi and Samar buy Shubra a gift and she is very happy.
They talk about how nice it would be if all the families got
along....and the ultimate yuck factor...Shubra says that all these
caste systems and backward beliefs need to be left behind. Then
Samar and Kaverie discover that Shubra has come without
permission. Samar is worried about Saloni. Kaveri rolls her
eyes upon Salon's mention. Shubra is talking about Saloni in a
very mean manner.

Ambika, Mano are meeting with Kaveri's family. The way they talk
makes my blood boil! Ambika says that she wants to take Kaveri
home as her daughter. They talk about exchanging money. No
one wants Narpat to know. Shubra, Kaveri and Samar show up.

Everyone goes home and Narpat is upset and wants to know where everyone has been. They have all been to mandir. Bhagwan ke naam le kar jhoot bolthe hai!

Narpat says that they must go to Padma Takhorine. Narpat goes to
get Saloni and she is sitting in deep thought. The leave for
Padma's house. Mano is saying some backward garbage. Narpat
gets to the point for them to accept Saloni's apology. Padma is
quite strict and gives them a hard time about their apology. They
ask Saloni to apologize to Padma and through actions request that she
gets up. With heavy heart she gets up...starts
walking....(moments of suspense)...Saloni raises her hand to Padma and
bows down to touch her feet. Padma moves her feet away leaving
Saloni in tears....and the episode ends.

nov 21

Takhorine's house

Saloni apologizes with tears in her eyes. Takhorine throws the ring past
her. So cruel one can be! Saloni has to pick it up and everyone looks at
her helplessly as she inches towards the ring. Takhorine is looking very
content. Saloni picks up the ring and looks at it...she puts it on. Narpat,
Ambika and Saloni go home and Saloni goes up to her room. Narpat
wishes he wasn't alive to see all this and that he feels really low. Ambika
says that being from the girl's side, they must endure such experiences.

Narpat's house

Narpat says that he must go and collect the money. He goes to see
someone who can give him a loan, but the loan person says that he needs
to put his house up as collateral. Narpat says this is not possible as his
house is already in collateral. His wife has been collecting money from
the loan guy and that he needs to go ask his wife. Narpat confronts his
wife. She says that what she does is her business. Narpat is upset that
because of her he can't get the money.

Saloni's room

Now we are in Saloni's room and Shubra is there to add insult to injury.
She teases Saloni some more. Shubra needs a good ole spankin...a
couple of them. Saloni asks Bua what is she to do. Bua says all the
importance lies in Saloni's marriage and basically no one cares about her
happiness.

Bank?

Narpat enters a bank and discovers two men having a conversation about
Narpat. They are talking about Narpat being unable to his loan.

Back to Narpat's house

He thinks about and the amount of dowry being raised to 25 lakhs then
he thinks about what Saloni had said about his integrity. Ambika
approaches him as she was worried about where he had been. Ambika
says not to worry and that everyone thing will be ok. Narpat is upset with
Samar and that Samar is ungrateful. Ambika says to calm down. Finally,
Narpat says if the wedding is called off this time that he will surely die.
Saloni over hears their conversation and...uh...cries. (I mean u feel bad
for her, but then u think more crying ).

Some guy comes in and talks about a project that has past it's due date.
He offers Narpat a bribe to get it completed, but Narpat refuses and the
guy proceeds to leave. Then Saloni enters the office. She askshim to
save her...but he realizes that she came in his thoughts. He calls the guy
back and agrees to take the case. He takes the bribe for his daughter but
asks the guy to place it in his drawer. (Poor Narpat sacrifices a lot for his
daughters, but he does it...gives up his integrity...all that he stands for..to
make sure his daughters are happy, but are they really happy?)

Chaudhery's House

Saloni goes to see Samar at the Chaudhery's. She introduces herself and
he greets her with open arms. He calls for Kaveri and Kaveri arrives.
Then Kaveri calls for Samar and she just looks at him. Samar asks Kaveri
to bring him something to eat. Samar cannot make eye contact with her.
She is upset with Samar's decisions as he let their father down. Samar
feels that he was majboor. Saloni asks what is majboori was that he had
to leave everyone. Samar doesn't respond..she keeps pleading...he
doesn't respond. Kaveri orders him to respond. Samar doesn't want to
say what the problem is and hurt his family further. Saloni feels that he
could have talked to the family, but Samar just did what he wanted to do.
Kaveri tells Saloni about Samar's wedding saga...he was to marry a
characterless girl so that there would be enough money for Saloni's
dowry.

Narpat's office

Narpat is thinking about his actions. He is disappointed in himself. At
this point, Chaudhery Sahab enters and introduces himself. He ask
Narpat to accept Kaveri and Narpat refuses. Chaudhery asks him again,
but basically Narpat is upset with Samar and not Kaveri. Narpat feels that
Samar's payment for his deeds is to stay away from his house. Chaudhery
walks out of the office. The anti corruption unit arrives. They drop
another bomb on Narpat by informing him that they are there to
investigate Narpat accepting bribes.

Chaudhery House

Saloni pleads with Samar to tell her the truth. Finally Samar tells Saloni
that he had initially lied to Saloni to protect her and what Kaveri is saying
is the truth. The episode ends.

Very sad for Narpat and Saloni...so many antagonists and not enough
protagonists...

November 22

Narpat's office

A complete search is done of Narpat's office until a bundle of cash is
discovered. Chaudhery says that there is a misunderstanding and that
Narpat is innocent. The investigator tells Narpat he is quite lucky to have
Chaudhery for a relative. Chaudhery asks Narpat as to why he accepted a
bribe. Narpat just apologizes. Chaudhery asks for him to keep
everything that has happened in the office.

Outside at Narpat's house

Saloni is quite upset about what has happened with Samar. Bua asks
Saloni to tell Bua everything that happened. Saloni starts crying. She is
quite upset that because of her Samar had to endure so much to get his
love. She feels she is to blame for everything. Bua says that it was
Samar's problem that he ran away . Samar could have said that he would
not accept a marriage with someone he didn't love, but he didn't do
anything about. Still Saloni feels that she is too blame...she feels she is to
blame for everything.

Inside Narpat's house

Ambika asks Narpat what happened. Narpat remains quiet. Then the
phone rings. Kaveri has called and is crying. Kaveri calls to dump a salt
plant onto a huge zakhm. She calls and tells Ambika all kinds of garbage
and twists all of what has happened around during Saloni's visit. Ambika
is upset with what has happened, but tries to cover up for Saloni

Ambika is screaming for Saloni. Ambika accuses Saloni of all what Kaveri
has instigated. Ambika goes on about shaadi/dowry/manhoos/hard to
marry her. She walks away right to Narpat and Narpat asks who called.
She makes an excuse. Narpat surprises Ambika by taking her to the
Chaudhery's.

Narpat and Ambika go to Chaudhery's house to accept Kaveri and Samar
back home. It is a very festive scene and all are happy. Chaudhery and
Narpat are both thankful to each other. Then trrrring...Chaudhery
accepts a phone call and someone thanks him for a houseful of goodies.
Hmmm...what is going on??

Ambika arti utaros bahu. Then for a neg Kaveri gives Shubra a kangan.
They approach Saloni and Kaveri appears to have an attitude. Ambika
gives Kaveri a beautiful kangan. Kaveri looks at Saloni past the kangaan.
Ambika asks bahu to take ashiwaad. Kaveri taunts Saloni as she takes
ashirwaad from her, but Saloni happily gives ashirwaad.

Narpat's House

Kaveri is gifting everyone something. Ambika gives it away that the
Chaudhery's have already given them so much. Duh, Ambika! Ambika
gets scared. She thanks kaveri and runs off after her misdeed.

Kaveri's Room

Saloni enters Kaveri's room with permission from Kaveri. Kaveri gifts
Saloni something beautiful, but Saloni will not accept such a pricey gift.
Saloni will not accept a gift from her younger. Instead Saloni feels that it
is her obligation to give her younger sister something so she gave her
something hand made. Saloni leaves a fuming Kaveri. But before Saloni
can leave, Kaveri gives her bhashan about gift/who accepts/insulting/u
know. Kaveri is upset and makes plans to show Saloni who da man.

Narpat Livingroom

Narpat is upset that Ambika went to Chaudhery's without informing
Narpat. They argue and he questions if she asked for anything more
meaning DOWRY (argh!) Narpat wants to make sure that they did not
discuss Saloni. In the midst of their argument, Kaveri comes down and is
leaving. Samar follows after her. Kaveri accuses Saloni of not accepting
her as she did not accept her gift. Samar tells Kaveri to forget about it.
Kaveri says that it may not be the most expensive, but they bought it with
whatever they could afford. Kaveri says that she is leaving (why don't
these women ever go through with their threat!). Narpat says that he will
talk to Saloni and asks her to come down. Kaveri is making a scene
(blah). Narpat and Ambika put Kaveri up on a pedastal as she is the
bahu. Saloni comes down and everyone is upset with her for returning
the gift. They chastise her...she has no sanskars/no respect/they don't
want to listen to her...finally accept her gift. Samar asks them to stop
again. They force to accept Kaveri's gift back. Kaveri very contently
walks the gift over, gives the gift to Saloni, does pari powna with a wicked
smile. Kaveri gives her bhashan about daughter/obligation/blah. The
episode ends here.

I don't know how much more Saloni can handle. You really have to think
about when these people will ever open up and think of everyone as
equals.

November 23, 2005

Ok, so I wasn't able to watch the episode properly. I had 15 guest over so
I was busy cooking and cleaning.


Anyhoo, what I was able to catch was the following...

My husband complaining that he doesn't really like the show cuz Samar
isn't able to stand up to his wife so he wouldn't help me watch it.

Kaveri complains about Saloni. Kaveri complaining about not having the
proper stuff to cook with (my husband said he didn't watch, but he
actually told me this. ) As everyone is aware there is always
competition between Kaveri and Saloni...courtesy of Kaveri by Kaveri for

Saloni hears her mother conversing with Chaudhery. I think she was after
some more dowry/things/money. Saloni confronts her mother on their
conversation and Ambika is upset with Saloni for always interferring.

There was not too much to today's episode. Tomorrow will be the
dhamaka day!

November 27, 2005

The episde starts with Saloni coming to know that neel loves her and she is in deep thoughts..just then aapji comes into the room and offers some kachoris for Saloni to eat but she refuses and says that her marriage has been fixed again.Aapji is bit tensed.At Saloni's home Manno bhabhi is upset with chowdhry because he gave the money to Kaveri and also that how could Saloni's mom allowed him to give that money to her.She says that she has to be very sweet with Kaveri inorder to get that 30lakhs from her.At Saloni's friend's place Saloni's friend says that she should be happy after knowing that the one whom she loves is also in love with her and should use this oppurtunity and runaway from that hell to Neel who can keep her happy and love her..but Saloni says how can she do that and if she does that then her family has to go through so much humiliation.At Shubhra's college some guy comes to her and blocks her way and trys to give her a rose but she takes it and just throws it away into pieces saying that he is cheap and classless and that the person whom she'll love will be more elegant.At home Saloni is thinking about what her friend said and just then Bhuasa comes and advises her that she should go away with neel because she came to know about how her fiancee behaved with her when they went out and she can definitely not be happy with him.She tries to give Saloni her jewelery but Saloni refuses it and is thinking something.Back in Mumbai neel is not able to concentrate on his singing and his boss is upset and goes out of the room..some guy comes to him and says that he should remember someone whom he really likes and adores and then he can sing perfectly..and Neel remembers Saloni and starts singing and the song comes out perfect.



At Saloni's home Saloni's mom has already started praising Kaveri for cooking saying that she hasn't eaten such good food in years and Kaveri gives a weired smile.At Kaveri's room Shubhra is going through Kaveri's cosmetics and Kaveri enters and asks her as to what she is looking at.Shubhra appreciates her saying that she(Kaveri) has got deadly shades and for that Kaveri says that everything she uses for face is from outside India because her face is very sensitive and asks her to keep the cosemetics if she likes them.Shubhra tells her not to be so generous with everyone because they might take advantage of her and explains to her to be careful with her money as that money could go to Saloni's wedding.Kaveri says that even she will get married someday and she would be needing the money too..so Shubhra says that there is no need for money for her marriage as she is beautiful but if someone is agreeing to marry Saloni with money then it's a great thing.Just then Saloni's mom enters Kaveri's room and gives Kaveri her necklace saying that it is her finest and old ancestral jewelry that she is giving it to her as a gift and she is about to talk to her about the money but Shubhra calls out to her saying that father is calling and her mom says that she'll talk to her later.In the room Saloni's father is tensed as he hasn't been able to get a single penny for marriage but his wife gives him hope that they'll find a way somehow.Shubhra enters their room asks them that Kaveri is outside and wants to come in and that she is asking permission to come in.They say to her that there is no need for her to ask permission to come inside but Kaveri says that she is their one and only daughter in law and if she doesn't give them respect who else will.After that she opens her suitcase full of money and says to Saloni's mom that she was talking about 30lakhs so she brought the money and asks her what she'll do with that money..Both Saloni's father and mother especially is shocked..and here the episode ends:)

The episode starts with the scene where it had ended..Saloni's parents are shocked to see the money and Saloni's mom asks Kaveri as to what it is and why she brought the money there.For that Kaveri says that she(Saloni's mom) had only spoke with her money and that's why she brought that money.Saloni's mom is totally in puzzle and gets scared.She acts in front of her husband saying that she came to her(Kaveri) to tell her that she should not keep that huge amount at home as it can be risky and that she should keep it in the bank for safety.Kaveri immediately takes the bag and says as her wish and goes out.Shubhra is about to go out somewhere and she comes infront of Kunjan(Saloni's fiancee).She teases him saying that he has come to meet his fiancee and he says that she(Shubhra) has read his mind.Shubhra goes to call her sister.Saloni's mom is too happy to hear that Kunjan has come to meet Saloni and she brings her down.Kunjan says that he has brought a brand new car and he wants Saloni to be the first one to sit in that car..Saloni's mom is so happy to hear this and she asks Saloni to go with him.Kunjan takes Saloni to some place where there is one vaidya and that vaidya is giving her some medicine and explaining her as to how she has to use them.Saloni is confused and asks Kunjan as to where he has brought her and why they're there.Kunjan says that she is not a fairy and hence she has to do something regarding her colour..Saloni says that she has no regrets for how she is.At Saloni's father's office chowdhry enters and asks him a favor saying that he needs signature some papers which are incomplete and that he had helped him the other day and now he has to help him.He gives gold pen to sign and asks him to keep the pen.At home Shubhra is angry because her father gave the gold pen to Saloni and not her and Shubhra creates a scene infront of her parents and her father gets upset and throws the pen outside.



At home Saloni's mom invites Kaveri for tea and says that she(Saloni's mom) has prepared tea for her(Kaveri).Kaveri says that she(Saloni's mom) is slowly getting to know about her taste.Then Saloni's mom picks up the money topic and asks Kaveri to give that money..on which Kaveri refuses.Saloni's mom is very upset with Kaveri and becomes angry with her and says that she has the right on that money as she has got that money as Samar's dowry and she(Saloni's mom) can use it however she wants.Kaveri on hearing this becomes angry tells her in return that..that money has been given by her father to her and no one except her has the right over that money and that she'll not give the money to Saloni's wedding.Just then Saloni's father comes there and ask about this money thing and Kaveri tells him that his wife has been asking that money for the wedding and he doesn't know about it.Saloni's father is very upset with his wife and leaves the place.In the bedroom Saloni's father scolds his wife saying that how she could have asked the money from daughter in law and how could she behave with her.Saloni's mother is crying and saying that no one is trying to understand her.



Saloni returns back home and sees Shubhra packing her things and Saloni asks her as to why she is packing all her things.Samar and Kaveri enter their room and Samar explains to Saloni that Kaveri is very uncomfortable in that room as it is too small and wants to exchange rooms and that Shubhra has already agreed to the arrangement and if she(Saloni) doesn't have a problem then it'll be fine.Saloni says that it's ok and starts packing her things.Samar and Kaveri leave the room.Saloni is packing her clothes and Saloni's mom sees her packing and ask her as to why she is packing everything and Saloni tells her about the arrangement.Saloni's mom is angry and tells her that there is no need for her or Shubhra to exchange rooms and everyone has to live in their own room which have been allotted to them.She shouts for Samar to come down and asks him as to what is happening and how could he ask his sisters to change rooms and Kaveri blames Saloni saying that she agreed with them to change the room and now she has gone to her mother and complained against her.Saloni's mother says that Saloni has said nothing about that and that everyone should live in their own rooms and that's final and she leaves.Saloni tries to explain her mother and also Kaveri.But of no use.Saloni says to Kaveri that her mother was the one responsible for her to come into the house and that she should remember that but Kaveri says that Saloni's mother was greedy that's why she agreed their marriage.Kaveri tells her that she wanted money for her(Saloni) marriage and that's why she agreed of their marriage.Saloni says to Kaveri that she can't blame her parents like that as her father has a very good image in the society and is very honest and that people respect him for his honesty.Kaveri reveals the truth to Saloni saying that her father was caught when he was taking bribe and Saloni is shocked on hearing this.

I had promised BluePink that I will update the later part of the story... but it will not be episodic in content... more of how the flow is ... Hope that is fine with you all.

Here goes...

After this follows another senti scene between Narpat and Saloni. Meantime, another character's introduction has happened... a new driver... He is working as the driver because his uncle and Narpat's driver is not well and he doesn't want to lose the job.
Gayatri bua sa and he discuss most matters and he is also fond of novels... Their closeness is seen by Kaveri... who keeps taunting Buasa.

Anyways... back to the story now.
I think that around this time, Ambika taunts Narpat that he could not become a good husband, and he could not become a good father as well. He is upset at this and drinks poison. The family takes him to the hospital where the doctor refuses treatment. Chaudery tells something to the doctor... after which the doctor allows the treatment of Narpat. Saloni is blamed for this incident as well by Ambika. Saloni is asked by Manno bhabhi to agree to the wedding... Saloni agrees... but Narpat realises that she has been forced into it. Ambika takes offence at this and says that she didn't say anything to his ladli Saloni. Manno bhabhi tells him that she did... and apologises for this. He tells her not to get married if she doesn't want to. After this, Kunjan comes to visit Narpat. after he leaves, Saloni goes out to get Medicines for Narpat... she is confronted by Narpat... who pulls her into his car and tries to molest her. She gets him arrested and put in jail. Padma Thakurain is angry with Saloni for this... But Manno Bhabhi threatens Padma Thakurain that her son will not get out till she asks forgiveness from Saloni. She says 'Tumne hamari bacchi ki kitni beizatti ki... ab tumhari baari hain...' Padma Thakurain comes to Narpat's house to beg for forgiveness... Ambika, Narpat and Manno Bhabhi are all happy... Saloni is very upset... more so when there is a sikka/coin which is thrown near Saloni's feet and Padma Thakurain has to bend down to Saloni's feet to take the coin. She leaves... after promising that Kunjan will not come near their family again.

Meantime in Mumbai, Neel and Rewa (Played by Shweta Kawatra) go to this pub... where the guy who keeps threatening her turns up. There is an article published in the paper about Neel... saying that he is the latest find of Rewa and so on... This guy sees the article and crumples and throws the paper away ... I think... and then he goes to the pub where Neel and Rewa are. He tries to misbehave with Rewa. Neel hits this guy.. whose name is Uday Kumar.. and Uday in a fit of anger, takes a bottle which is lying around and hits it on the table, breaking the bottle into half and the neck of the bottle in his hand and he stabs Neel in the stomach. Rewa and Mandy take him to the hospital. She calls up Aapji to tell him about this. Aapji immediately calls up Saloni's house. Ambika picks up the phone and says that Saloni is not home. Aapji tells her that Neel has met with an accident and to please inform Saloni. Ambika says she will inform.. but doesn't inform.

Saloni and Buasa are at the temple the next day when Saloni's rendition of a devotional song is heard by this lady... (Bahut buildup kiya hain, iss character ke entry ka..)turns out this is a thakurain... pl.ayed by Ashlesha Sawant. (She was earlier seen in Kyunki as Tisha... Gautam's wife! and in KTH as Mouli). This lady appears to be very very impressed with Saloni's voice but misses talking to saloni, as Saloni and Buasa walk away before she(Tara I think she is called) can finish praying.
Tara comes out and gives the pujari a wad of notes asking him to utilize this Rs 50,000/- that she is giving to distribute food to the poor. (This scene was put in to show that she is very very rich).

Narpat is watching the news where they telecast the news of Neel's stabbing. Saloni and Buasa come back from the temple and see this telecast. Saloni immediately goes to meet Aapji and she gets to know that he had gotten news of Neel's accident and so has gone to Mumbai. She comes to Narpat and asks him permission to go to Mumbai. But Ambika interrupts and refuses to give saloni permission. Saloni is in her room thinking when she remembers this incident... where one of her friend is hurt and she is sitting by the window thinking... Narpat comes to her and asks her why is she sad... She tells him that her friend is hurt... and she is thinking of the friend... Narpat tells her that at this moment, your friend needs you the most... so go to your friend.
She thinks of this incident and then writes a letter to Narpat and Ambika and leaves for Mumbai after taking their ashirwad.
Kaveri sees this... she sees the letter and replaces it with her own. The next day she creates a huge hungama saying that Saloni didi bhaag gayi... She has eloped for her lover... etc... Ambika and Narpat are very very upset at this. and Ambika renounces Saloni and says that Saloni is not welcome from that day... Shubra and Kaveri are as expected... very very happy at this.

Saloni reaches the hospital... Mandy(Rewa's assistant) is upset at Rewa as she is getting involved in all this, neglecting her work. She points out Saloni and says that see... now first aapji... then saloni... before you know it, the entire populace of rajasthan will be here... and rewa has to look after everybody.
Aapji is very very upset with Saloni that she has come without her parents' permission.. and he asks her to call up her house. She calls up and is informed not to come back. She informs aapji of this... Rewa makes arrangements for Saloni and Aapji. Meanwhile, they are informed that Neel's kidneys are damaged and that he has to be put on dialysis. Saloni and Aapji both of them offer their kidneys. After Saloni leaves, Aapji tells the doctor not to consider saloni, even if her type matches with Neel. Mandy is meanwhile scolding and goading Rewa into an argument... at the end of which, Rewa agrees that yes... she does love Neel. This declaration is heard by Saloni and she thinks that she can't give anything to Neel... whereas Rewa can fulfill all of Neel's dreams... Saloni enquires from the hospital and finds out that they require 4 lac rupees for the operation. She overhears Rewa talking to some guy about this best voice/singer competition which that guy wants rewa to judge. Rewa declines. Saloni goes to the place and wants to participate... She is met by this guy. played by Puneet Vashisht (He played Sanjana's husband in Koi Apna Sa, and he was also Aishwarya Rai's brother in Taal). He asks her if she has any references and she says Rewa... before she can complete, he takes her to his boss... his boss calls up Rewa's mobile which is picked up by Mandy. Mandy when she realises that Saloni si there to participate in the contest, without giving another thought to it, she tells the guy that she is a fraud and that Rewa is not associated with her at all. He in turn blasts Saloni and the Punit... Punit also blasts Saloni. Saloni goes to him and tells him that it is his fault as he did not let her complete and explains the situation to him. He tells her that he agrees to let her contest under the condition that he takes an audition of her voice. She agrees... She particiapates... initially nervous, she comes and sings and wins the first prize... which is 4 lac rupees. The operation is successful and Rewa wonders where Saloni is. Mandy tells her that she has gone to mind her career ... unlike Rewa. Saloni goes to the hospital and deposits the money. As soon as she goes towards Neel's room however, Mandy stops her and insults her a lot and asks her to leave. Even Aapji misunderstands... Saloni leaves... and goes home. She is stopped by Shubra and Kaveri.
Meantime there is an introduction of another thakur family... where there are three people... Akshay Anand, his wife, played by Ashlesha and Akshay's younger brother Nahaar played by Sharad Kelkar. Manno and Ambika come to meet Akshay and his wife. they are looking for an alliance between Shubra and Nahaar. Ambika tells Akshay and his wife that their is a respectable family... but they are not that rich... etc. Akshay and his wife are impressed by Manno Bhabhi and Ambika. Nahar tells his bhaiyya and bhabhi that he will not get married... after lot of cajoling, he agrees to go see the girl (i.e., Shubra). He tells them that he doesn't care how she is... and that he will get married to whoever they ask him to.

Saloni goes to the temple and sees Buasa there... Buasa slaps her and leaves her there and asks her not to come home... the driver tells buasa to support saloni now... buasa tells him that she also wants to take saloni home... but in that home, nobody will respect her now... she will have to tolerate the nafrat of everybody...
Finally Buasa agrees to talk to narpat on this... the whole family is there... and Narpat is angry iwth the words that Ambika uses for Saloni and slaps her ... he asks Saloni to go in... and tells the family that saloni will stay in this house only... Ambika walks off in anger. After this incident, Kaveri manipulates the situation one day and hides 4 lac rupees of hers on top of the cupboard. She starts screaming for Mummyji and tells the whole family about this incident... she makes it seem as if she is doubting Saloni... When asked by Ambika what Saloni would need this much money for, Samar says that Saloni didi payed the 4 lacs for Neel's treatment.

Saloni is asked by all of them to apologise... She says she has not taken it and leaves... she is in her bedroom with buasa... Buasa is asking her to tell the whole family that she won the contest... Saloni tells buasa that everybody is upset already and that it will hurt them all the more.
Kaveri makes this drama of leaving the house... Ambika wants kaveri to be present when nahar's family comes to see shubra... so she asks Saloni to ask sorry... to Kaveri... Saloni does so.

Manno bhabhi comes home the next day and tells that Nahar singh's family is coming to see Shubra that evening. Saloni serves tea to Manno Bhabhi.. .who repriminds them that they should not serve tea in this old set and to serve in a new set. Ambika asks Saloni to ask Samar to give the new Tea set of Kaveri's.
Saloni goes and asks Samar... he is very abrupt and asks her to take it herself... She is searching for it... but doesn't find it... meantime Kaveri comes home ... She greets Manno Bhabhi with a big hi... and Manno bhabhi tells her to greet Nahar's family with respect and not hi and all that... Kaveri gives a sarcastic smile to that... Ambika tells Kaveri about Saloni being in her room... Kaveri is now scared that the money which she has hidden will be found... She enters the room in time to see Saloni lose her balance on the stool and pull a paper... it happens to be the one in which Kaveri has wrapped up the notes... scattering the notes in front of a shocked Kaveri and a shocked and ashamed Samar.

This was all that I could see guys... will update the rest of the stuff that I have left as and when I recollect them. Also, yesterday's update is a bit incomplete. Please don't mind!

Saloni returns from temple..everybody gives her a stern look…she asks the reason why everybody is behaving with her like that…Shubra says that "bhabhi's 4 lakhs rupees cash is missing…and we came to know that u have given 4 lakhs for Neel's treatment .." Saloni fights back that she has not stolen that money..she goes to her mom and dad and asks them even they think that their daughter can do such a thing…Both say that they know that their daughter can't do such cheap thing…Salon's mom asks but how did u paid for Neel's treatment..Saloni doesn't answers..Saloni's mom says her silence is proving that she has done something wrong. Meanwhile Kaveri's dad comes and stops Kaveri from calling Police….Everybody are upset and one by one leaves the hall leaving Saloni and Buasa…

Buasa and Saloni are in their room where Shubra comes and gives some lecture that she has never thought her sister would do such a thing….Buasa was about to tell from where Saloni got the money..But Saloni stops her…..Shubra leaves..Buasa asks her why did she stop her from telling truth…Saloni replied her parents can bear that their daughter is criminal …but if the Nahar's family who is coming to see Shubra may not like the fact that she has participated for the voice hunt competition..and also her parents may not like it…she has remained silent only for Shubra and her happiness..Shubra will change someday…

Kaveri is arguing with Samar that she doesn't want to stay in such a house where she has no trust any of the family members..she says she wants to leave the house …

Samar informs his mom and dad that Kaveri doesn't want to stay here any more…Saloni's mom gets panic that Nahar's fly is coming to see Shubra and their daughter-in-law is not in their house may create problems…

Saloni's mom runs to Salon's room and Kaveri is leaving bcoz of u..go and ask sorry..Meanwhile Kaveri is leaving with her bag…Salon' goes near her and says that she accepts that she has stolen the money..and asks sorry for that..Kaveri is very happy…😡
