I hope you are right on her not leaving..however
The original articles for this track had always said that Nahar will die to come back. They had also indicated that Nahar will die but Sharad Kelkar will still be in SP. So, what is happening is as pointed out in the original articles. However, with Rajshree leaving I assume the '65 years' character was if they were leaping to have a grown-up Sawri; Nahar being the father with a growp up daughter would have to be about 50 years with a smaller role ' which it appears he didn't like. As well as all the other characters would either be old or dead e.g. Tara, Brijesh, Bhaboo etc.
So, they now have decided that Saloni will remain but maybe 5 years older article mentions a small leap to introduce the new Saloni. So, everybody is still relatively young but we have an unknown 30-35 year old person playing Saloni. I personally was hoping she was staying and they don't leap without giving NS their child. But with a leap and NS not knowing their child to me is pure disregard for the SP audience.
It appears that the SP production house does not like Rajshree's attitude so they are going to replace her. I believe because their other show Balika Valdu is doing so well including its repeats they can take the hit in trps as they have mention in the article on replacing Saloni.

Previously SP was their best show so maybe they were afraid to replace her but now they can afford it. Maybe they also realize that most of their female viewers look at SP to see Sharad Kelkar more than Rajshree. I always noticed that Sharad is the actor from SP that was at Zee Carnival as well as promoting the show at various locations.
