Hello everyone!! I'm back! :P <3
Thanks to my Di for filling in for me the past three weeks!! Hope you all enjoyed her updates <3 She is one awesome person and I am very lucky to have found her a little over a year ago here on IF :) Love her to bits <3 I'm trying to work on a few gifts for her that I will definitely share with you all...especially all of you TejYa lovers ;) <3
Written Update: July 9th, 2012
~Toasty calls up Tej and tells him everything that happened and what all Divya said. Tej says ok..Toasty listen to me, don't worry. I'm here, right? I'll handle everything and will talk to Mr. Patel. He tells Toasty "I love you very much" before saying bye. <3
~Tej goes to Mr. Patel and tells him he needs to talk to him about something important. He hands Mr. Patel the engagement ring and Mr. Patel asks what is all this about? Tej says I know that your health is not well and I probably shouldn't be talking about all of this right now...MP (I'm tired of typing Mr. Patel over and over 😆) says what are you talking about? Tej says I know about you blood cancer...Divya told me everything. MP is shocked and angry and says what rubbish are you talking?
~Divya walks in and MP asks her about what Tej is saying and Divya tells him that she said nothing of the sort and instead asks Tej what he is saying. Tej is shocked and tells MP that she told me all of this and that you only have one month to live. He swears that there is nothing between him and Divya and says that we were doing all of this for your happiness and on Divya's saying. I'm married, sir and Divya knows this very well.
~MP asks Divya and Divya says yes I know but Tej told me this after I had already fallen in love with him. Divya says I didn't tell you all of this because Tej had told me that he would divorce his wife. (And now you made my jaanu furious, Divya Patel 👏 TejYa lovers, you have to see that passionate look on Tej's face in this next part as he talks about Toasty <3)
~Tej walks forward a step, looking like a dashing hero 😍 and says look, Divya Patel...the woman you are talking about, she is my wife...I love her a lot, more than myself...divorcing her for you is a far cry in itself, if God himself came and told me to leave Tanya, I wouldn't bring that idea into my heart for even a moment. I only love her...get that? (I literally started tearing up at this part...SO beautiful <3 And mindblowing acting by Ravi...his expressions held that madly in love passion that was perfect for that part <3 ☺️ 👏)
~Divya says what about me? Tej we are engaged! Tej says this engagement was a lie...it all was a natak that you made me to trap me. Divya says Dad, I don't know what Tej is talking about...Dad, tell him, please to not play such a mazak with me. Tej says not a 100 times, hear this a 1000 times, I won't marry you means I won't marry you!
~Tej turns around to walk out but MP yells out Tej and says you will have to do this shaadi...if not by love then by majboori. He says up until now you have only seen my goodness. Tej says I'm sorry sir..I respect you a lot and I appreciate you a lot for everything you have done for me and my family. And as for your loan, I will pay it back with interest but as for marrying your daughter, that will never happen.
~MP starts threatening Tej that you will pay back my money but what about my daughter's happiness? You played such a game with my respect and I will let you go that easily? For her tears, I will make your family cry the tears of blood..the decision is yours. DIvya says you have 24 hours to decide..here are the divorce papers...within 24 hours I need yours and Toasty's signatures on here. She says I can do anything for my love. Tej looks angry and tense.
~Toasty is looking at the divorce papers, she starts freaking out and and says what is wrong with these people? And someone intelligent like Mr. Patel!? He has gone so blind in his daughter's love that he can't tell the difference between right and wrong? When you don't love Divya then how will she stay happy? Tej says she played this game and made MP believe that I'm wrong and she is wrong. The way she changed colors...she shocked me.
~Toasty starts having a break down and says I am responsible for all of this...it's my fault...I'm the one who sent you to help her. She hits her forehead and Tej stands up and holds her arm and says hey Toasty...look here towards me as Toasty covers her face with her hands. He pulls her hands away and says whatever we did, we did with good and true intentions and God always sides with people who do the right thing. He says let them do whatever they do...let them play as many games as they want to, I won't let any of Divya's games be successful and I won't do anything that will cause you pain.
~He says she is a fool to think that you are just my wife. You are my life, Toasty ☺️ (I'm dead <3) and not even anyone's father can take my life away from me. Toasty says I can't live without you, Tej. I can't even think about being separated from you...and she hugs Tej and Tej pulls her back and says can I stay away from you? You're crying as if I really am about to give you a divorce. He sits her down and Toasty shows him the frame with a collage of all of their pictures that was flipped over on their bed and she says Happy Birthday, still teary. Tej chuckles and says what is this? Toasty says tomorrow is your birthday and I thought I would give you a surprise. But in return I got that surprise..as she motions at the divorce papers. She starts crying again and Tej says baap re baap, softly, and touches her face. He says what do I do that I can stop these tears? C'mon, we'll play this emotional emotional some other time...now give me a smile...for my birthday you can give me a small smile at least right? He pinches Toasty's cheeks up and tries to get her to smile. Toasty gives him a small one. He smiles and chuckles and says that's it!
~He gets serious again then and says listen...no one at home can find out about these divorce papers. Everyone is already worried...if they find out about this then it will hard to handle them all. Anyways, we are there...we'll figure out a way to get out of this..we will right? Toasty nods sadly. Tej smiles at her and Toasty gives him a small smile back <3
~Gyaan comes to give Tej his birthday gift and sings Happy Birthday to him but Tej is still sleeping. He tries to figure out where to put the birthday gift and finally settles on the side table. He takes the papers off and puts the box there and looks at the papers and is shocked.
~Gyaan and Prachin give the papers to Dadaji who sees them and calls Chedi and the whole family gathers and is shocked to hear that they are TejYa's divorce papers...Shobha spews some bakwaas :@...Tej comes out and everyone starts accusing him and Ved says you are giving her such a gift on your birthday!?! Tej says, on MY birthday, I will give gift to Toasty and that too this!?? How could you all even think this? Chedi asks so what is this? Toasty says one minute and she explains everything how MP said that if Tej doesn't sign these then MP will make sure the whole family is on the streets.
~Pashu says this is what happens when you don't ask elders before doing something. Chedi says now because of both of your mistake, we will have to suffer the consequences. Shobha says why all of us? These two are the ones who made the mistake...they both will suffer but why should everyone else? 😡 😡 Basically she tries to insinuate that TejYa should now get divorced and suffer the consequences of their actions. Tej gets angry and says back no one else is at fault, Toasty and I are so we will look after this matter and suffer ourselves, we don't need you guys to worry about it. He walks off into Tejya's room and Toasty stands there sadly...everyone goes to their individual rooms.
~Malti and Pashu are in their room and Malti says that they didn't do anything wrong and were just trying to help and it is that father and daughter that trapped them..in this situation if we don't give them support, who will?
~In Pitaji and Dadaji's room, Dadaji is saying the same thing as Malti that they were just trying to help and we should help them out now..we can't leave them alone, can we? Pitaji realizes that Dadaji is right.
~Nitika and Ved in their room...Nitika says look at that Mr. Patel...his daughter is wrong but still he is supporting her...and our Tej and Toasty did the right thing so shouldn't we be supporting them? Ved is in thoughts.
~Toasty is telling Gyaan and Prachin that the situation isn't as simple as they may think. Prachin says whatever the situation is, there is always a solution. Gyaan says right and we always figure out a solution for everything so we'll find one for this too. Prachin says there is no rich dad and daughter that can ever come between you and Tej bhaiyya and we won't let this happen either. Toasty smiles and then leaves her room sadly.
~Toasty is sitting out in the hall sadly in thoughts and everyone comes out of the rooms and stands in the hall. Toasty looks around at them. Prachin says Gyaan and I have decided that we will only support TejYa bas... Pitaji and Dadaji...Malti and Pashu...and Ved and Nitika say "us too!" Pitaji says when there are so many "us too"s together and we have become "hum" we vow that we will stay by TejYa in whatever hardship they go through. Pashu says haan, whatever we need to do for Tejya, we will do it! Ved says that they will stand by TejYa no matter what. Toasty smiles happily and lovingly at her family. Dadaji says we all are with you. Toasty smiles at him and says if we are all together then I have an idea. She says it (in silent of course) :P and everyone smiles.
~Toasty says maybe this will work. Everyone says haan.
~Toasty is in her room and she takes out her phone and calls Divya and does an act that she found Divya's talks true and that she signed the divorce papers...she pretends to be crying and sad. She tells Divya that today is Tej's birthday and we are having a party at the house and that she should come and get to meet the family. Divya says sure, of course I will come...it's Tej's birthday and I wont' be there, that can never happen. They hang up and Toasty says "Divya Patel." and smirks like 'let the challenge begin' <3
Pre-cap: Tej and Divya walk in and Tej is smirking and looking over and Toasty, who is smirking back at him. Everyone is smiling with knowing smiles as Shobha does aarti of Divya.

Okay...everyone may not agree with me on this but I personally felt like SBS was definitely back today, putting aside Mr. Patel's bakwaas and threats though I guess he could pull off putting the C's on the streets through bribes and such :/
I was in tears of admiration at the part where Tej told Divya that he loves Toasty and can't even think about leaving her for a moment...fantastic acting by Ravi <3 I was in awe, looking at his emotion filled face <3 Beautiful moment <3
My other favorite and beautiful scene was the TejYa scene <3 Toasty supported Tej and never doubted him for even a second...she called him up first and told him everything and Tej showed her the divorce papers and told her everything as well. I absolutely LOVE that about TejYa. Usually these soap couples always hide things from each other to "protect" them or not hurt them and this always leaves room for misunderstandings...but TejYa are always fully open with each other and don't hide a single matter. Before being spouses, they are foremost best friends and have so much love and trust in each other <3 Whenever I see them, I'm always like "Bhagwaan kare..in a few years, I'll have a life partner like Tej that I can share everything with and trust so much" and God only knows when he will come into my life 😆 <3
And my Chaturvedi family is just rocking!!! I loved the little individual scenes where they all are realizing that they would never leave TejYa to face the problems alone...and then all of them vowing to stand by each other...I was reminded once again of the whole family concept of SBS and that no power in the world can break this family apart <3 It was awesome!! And of course Toasty's next master plan is in action and the whole family is in on it ;) By the looks of the smirks on everyones' faces in the pre-cap, I'm guessing, it's a good one <3 I guess the only part of my prediction from yesterday that was right so far was that Toasty is going to fight natak with natak 😆 Let's see what they do tomorrow <3 FABULOUS episode in my opinion!!
I'm going to start doing ratings of the epis from now on I think...last weeks epis were averaging at about a 4-5/10 only for the wonderful acting done by our SBS cast <3 Today's episode I give a 9.5/10...1/2 point taken off for having Shobha open her mouth at all.
