Even if she doesn't make any mistakes, I'm sure Nani ma will pick out some small detail where things went wrong...I can just see it now. Everything goes smoothly and everyone is cheering and happy that Toasty won and then tada, Nani ma pulls out one small failure and everything comes crashing down 😵

Toasty-Nitika's relationship (along with Smita for that matter) is such a sweet and great friendship...it reminds me of my school friends and me. I hope that even if Tej and Ved start fighting and getting protective over their wives, Nitika and Toasty should remain the same and understanding towards each other. Nani ma is setting up the house for another war 😡

agree.. nani maa is just finding a way to pull nitika off her job.. omg.. she is there for malti, not judging persons 😕 she is so angry that tosty is being compared to vimla

i would like that she would have seen the chatur house before tosty came.. she would have known what she did omg omg 😲

@abc113: i dont want her to win but i feel like only toasty will suffer.

on the other hand, if they keep proving her wrong and not do what they say, she may pack her bags and go back to the village.

they can invite her when the baby is born healthy under toasty's care :)

First of all I see Nitika doing precious little by way of housework. She knows that Malti is bed-ridden and that Nani is making life difficult for everyone, esp. Toasty. All she does is moon around Ved when she is at home. Otherwise she makes the excuse of office. It wasn't such a big chore to take a meal for Malti or to give her water, but Nitika made excuses even to wriggle out of that. If Naani is angry with Nitika, she is justified, because she can see that Toasty with her Jhaansi ki Rani attitude is only enabling Nitika to shirk her household responsibilities.

When Toasty decided to quit her job, she realized her responsibilities towards the family and took that decision. Nitika also needs to realize that she has responsibilities at home too. Before marriage Nitika used to have plenty of time to come running whenever Toasty called her, but now she doesn't have time at home also?

However I'm not saying that Naani is 100% right. She has come to take care of Malti, but for everything, she says that "I'll show you how to do it once, after that you only have to do it". Hello that much even a paid Daai would do. If you've come to take care of Malti do that, don't add all the additional chores to the DILs. This is not helping out someone but adding to their problems. Next she'll say that I'll show you how to deliver a baby at home and from now on you have to take care of all the babies that are born in the family and neighborhood.
