I wouldn't give it up so fast. Here the characters are not changing like they do in other serials where one caring brotherly like figure suddenly become psyco lover. Or where one is back biting and so evil and protagonist is complete crying dumb fool, or where one evil gets her way in so called intelligent lawyer family(all Zee serials). All have same tracks one complete literate dumb and other oversmart evil...

In fact the only character I like is Toasty's mom .

😆 you know what sunaina i was asking myself that the other day.

then i figured out that i usually tend to start watching random shows just for passing time and lol.....may be that's how i started watching this one too. Around the time BHPH turned boring for me...lol

but yeah Toasty's mum is the only realistic character...and the woman who plays it is doing a good job too.
Toasty---most unrealistic character EVER! what woman of today's age.....with an education like her, with a career like her and with parents like her would actually sacrifice all her dreams and aspirations for all that?!? and even if there were a couple who would do that....but certainly not sacrifice and take in all the insults that she's been taking.
She's given no respect, no say, no position in the house except for that of an in-house maid! ughhhhhhh she really needs to stand up against these MCPs, especially Pashu who is outright rude and tyrannical!

Only the declining TRP can knock some sense into the story team and then we can hope for some change. Yesterday my brother literally had a good laugh. He was watching the show for the first time and said that no modern bahu will be able to stand such despicable behaviour. Oh my god why the hell are they exagerrating on a simple salt issue? I can understand that the screws of Pashu and Chedi are already wrecked but never expected the same from Ved. If i were Nitika Iwould have thrown the entire amount on Pashu's face rather than waiting for any kind of discount.

its funny how every single fricking thing tht goes wrong is toasty's fault..and its EXACTLY like every other show now where even if there is an earthquake its the female lead's fault..seriously,is this the way they behaved wid chedi's wife?why on earth do they expect respect if they cnt even respect this woman who is taking care of the house wid no complaints whatsoever...

This was one of my favorite shows..but looks like it also going the saas-bahu way..
