Devika / Bhoomi = same person
Devika tells Shefali she will leave on 1 condition, if Arjun tells her. Shefali tells her now Arjun will be the one to throw her out.
Arjun is thinking why Devika wants to know who he loves, and when I told her I don't love Shefali, there was a glint in her eyes.
Mansen and Yuv tell Arjun that there is another pharmaceutical company they would like to do business with. Arjun tells them that company is only 6 months old, and no information about it in the market. Mansen tells him he does not see any problem in dealing with that company. Arjun tells him he sees only problem and losses. Arjun is called to a meeting and leaves.
Baisa plays with Krishna, Devika comes there as well, she thinks Baisa can tell her who Arjun loves. Devika tells Baisa to give Krishna to her. Baisa tells Devika that Krishna feels happy to be in her hands, she wishes Krishna could be as happy with Shefali. Baisa tells Devika that though Shefali has given birth to him, there is no attachment between them.
Devika asks Baisa that Arjun and Shefali are engaged, but Arjun does not love Shefali, if they get married it will affect the baby as well. Baisa tells her that yes Arjun does not love Shefali, Arjun loves and the baby starts crying, and Baisa takes him for feeding.
Bhoomi tells Rahul, that Arjun does not love me, he does not love Shefali, then who does he love. LK is there he tells Bhoomi at this time you are confused (duvidha), even today there is hope in you that Arjun loves you. Whatever is in your destiny (vidhi ka vidhaan) will happen, and soon you will get ur position (sthan) its to be seen if that position is of love or hate.
Arjun is in the office looking for some CD, when Shefali barges in, she tells Arjun to throw out Devika from the house, she tells him Devika lied to you, break partnership with her. Arjun tells Shefali that this is a business matter and he will handle it. Shefali tells him that he is giving more importance to his business partner than his life partner. Arjun tells her to think what she wants, he would not tell Devika anything.
Devika comes to see Arjun, and asks him who he loves. Arjun asks her why is she so interested in his personal life. Devika tells him if he does not want to tell her its fine, asks him to tell her about his wife. Arjun remembers the last moments with Bhavri, her duppata slipping from his hands. Arjun feels very sad, tells Devika not to open old wounds, has tears in his eyes. Yuv comes to call Arjun for a meeting. Arjun leaves.
Shefali gets home, and thinks that Arjun is not going to do anything, she will have to do something. Yuv calls her and there is some conversation btw Shefali and Yuv without sound. Devika gets home, Shefali stops her and tells her that she has no self respect, she has to leave. Arjun and her (Shefali) marriage has been announced, if he told her he does not love me (Shefali), it could be cause he just wanted to pass time with her. The proof that Arjun loves me (Shefali) is our baby. Shefali tells Devika to leave.
HML and Savitri are worried, thinking, when they get a call from Dr. Tushar, who cancels their appt. as he is busy and tells them he will be free after 2 days.
Mansen and Yuv pay a visit to Devika. Mansen tells Devika that he has prepared a proposal. It would be Arjun's money and their profit, slowly they would destroy Arjun, when and if Arjun finds out it will be too late for him. Yuv tells Devika she has to get the documents signed by Arjun, Mansen warns her that Arjun never signs anything without reading. Devika tells them to leave it upto her. Mansen and Yuv leave. Rahul comes in.
Rahul tells her to think again if she really wants to do all this. She tells him she is 100% sure.
Arjun in his office, still looking for the CD. Devika goes to Arjun's room to look for clues as to who Arjun loves. Arjun starts watching a CD, its of Krishna's Naam Karan Ceremony. Devika looks at the treasure chest / box in the corner. Arjun smiles as he watches, Devika opens the box. Arjun comes to the part where he throws gulal on Shefali and it falls on Devika, he is surprised, rewinds and watches a couple of times. Devika looks at the Mor Pankh and Payal and remembers Arjun giving it to her.

Bhoomi thinks Arjun has still kept her things. Arjun thinks this is Devika Parekh at the Naam Karan Ceremony.
