Adita takes a break After quitting Saarrthi to join Vaidehi, she's now catching up on 'me' time

Adita Wahi has been missing from the small screen for a while. The telly actress, who was last seen in Vaidehi, is presently on a short break.
The actress made her exit from the afternoon soap Saarrthi and joined Vaidehi only to find that the show was folding up soon!
So does she regret leaving Saarrthi?
"Not at all. I don't regret giving up Saarrthi to be a part of Vaidehi. In fact, for a while I was shooting for both the shows. It was my decision to move out of Saarrthi. I had given them adequate notice period for it," says Adita, who also featured in Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii.
At the moment, the telly actress is doing all those things that she was unable to do when she was shooting.
"In the last month I have been giving myself time. I am doing things that I could not do to my shoot schedules. Things like getting my passport done. I do intend to travel in the coming months," she says.
So is this her long-planned holiday? Adita wed director Ameet Sawant, who is with Zee, last year.
"My first wedding anniversary is in March and because of our work schedules we did not manage to get time off. But we do hope to take off for a while."
At the same time Adita is also looking at prospective acting offers. "I am presently enjoying just chilling out. But I will get back soon. There is something in the pipeline."
