With bhoomi's desi treatment and massage Baisa's husband will start walking .Since baisa promised her that she can ask 4 what she wants and it will be granted manasvi and baisa will get her married to arjun since they know she loves him.

i think by the time baisa's hubby starts to walk bhoomi will get a bit more matured and ask for something else and act selflessly ! cause i guess she already knows tht she wants arjun to be happy and also tht a forceful marriage would not keep him happy, so i guess she will act wisely and not like a love strucken fool !!

I dont think bhoomi will outright ask for arjun .Since manasvi knows about bhoomi's love 4 arjun she will tell baisa abt it and then they will grant her that.

In the meantime arjun will realise he was just infatuated with shefali and the person whom he loves is bhoomi.And If keshav is the MD of his company then how can his sister be consiidered a mere naukrani.

In the meantime bhoomi will become a celebrity after her tv show and be independent
