In the fight between Arjun and Yuv, Shefali loses her balance, and hurts her stomach on the dining table. She screams in pain, Bhoomi rushes to her side, Arjun also leaves the fight and goes to Shefali. Shefali says she is feeling pain in the stomach, Arjun and Bhoomi take her to the hospital. Mamaji tells Yuv that they should go to the hospital as well, cause Shefali's life might be in danger.
Arjun and Bhoomi and Mamaji Yuv wait in the corridor of the hospital. Baisa comes there (one of the lady actress has changed don't know who either Gunvanti or Shaku as no name was mentioned), she scolds Yuv and tells him to realize that Shefali is carrying Arjun and Bhoomi's child.
Arjun tells Yuv that if something happens to their child he will be held responsible. Vishaka consoles Bhoomi. Bhoomi tells Vish that I know Shefali saved my baby's life, but Yuv is taking undue advantage of it.
Dr. Sonawala comes and informs them that Shefali and the kid both are OK. Bhoomi goes in to see Shefali. Shefali tells her that her Krishna is fine, Bhoomi tells her she is happy cause Krishna's mother is fine. Others come in the room to see Shefali, Shefali tells Baisa that Krishna is OK.
Mamaji tells Yuv that we should leave and let Shefali rest.
Dr. Sonawala tells Arjun that they need to keep Shefali in the hospital for a day for observation and she can go home tomorrow.
Bhoomi and Arjun alone in the Hospital.
Bhoomi tells Arjun that parents do a lot for their kids, can he not do what Yuv wants for his kid. Arjun tells her that he will under no circumstances become a slave of Yuv, as Yuv is just taking advantage of the situation. Bhoomi tells him that this time our kid was saved next time something bad can happen. Arjun tells her that he understands her feeling, but will not agree to the demands of Yuv and leaves. Bhoomi cries and says that for the sake of your kid bear a little injustice.
Arjun and Bhoomi bring Shefali home, take her to her room, Bhoomi does the bed, while Arjun stands with her supporting her. Shefali looks at Arjun and thinks that just stay with me like this and support me always. Bhoomi and Arjun make Shefali sit comfortably on the bed. Arjun tells her that she needs rest and they should leave. Shefali tells him to sit with her for a while. Arjun tells her that Yuv will not like it. Shefali tells him that his Krishna will like it. Arjun agrees to sit. Shefali looks at Bhoomi and sends her to get some juice.
Shefali thanks Arjun for taking care of her, Yuv comes and ofcourse sarcastically thanks Arjun for taking care of his wife and tells Arjun never to come in his room again. Arjun tells him that he cannot keep him (Arjun) away from his child and leaves.
Yuv gets angry at Shefali, but she calm him down and tells him to wait for the right time. Shefali thinks she will have to take care of the kid, what if something happens to it.
Vishaka pray to LK for the first time, and hopes her prayers will be fulfilled, Bhoomi sees her and tells her that if you pray with a pure heart they are fulfilled.
Mansen and Mamaji in the office discussing a project when Yuv comes in and tells Mansen to give him the project Arjun is working on. Mansen refuses. Yuv tells Mansen that if he is not given that project and Arjun and Keshav thrown out, he will file the application from Khandelwal group and leaves. Mamaji tells Mansen that he should do something. Mansen refuses Mamaji as well. Mamaji thinks that now he will have to do something so that Yuv gets the project.
Keshav is at home thinking about Vishaka and Arjun and Bhoomi's proposal.
Yuv is at home, gets a call from Mamaji. Yuv tells him that Dad is giving to much importance to Arjun and Keshav when he sees Bhoomi there and ends the conversation.
Yuv goes upto Bhoomi and tells her to tell Keshav to forget about Vishaka, Bhoomi tells him that Vishaka loves Keshav, but Yuv does not care he tells Bhoomi that if she does not stop Keshav she will lose her kid.
In the office a letter comes for Keshav, Mamaji takes it and opens it, it has some reference to Arjun and Keshav going to Goa on 5 th, he then gives the letter to a peon to be given to Keshav.
Keshav gets the letter and informs Arjun that they are going to Goa on the 5 th. Arjun then asks him his decision regarding Vishaka. Keshav says still thinking, as uptil now I have not found a reason to say no. Arjun tells him to then say Yes, and sends him to confess his love to Vishaka who is in the conference room preparing a presentation.
Keshav goes to the conference room, Keshav and Vishaka both stand facing each other, Keshav tells Vish that he wants to tell her something, Vish says so does she, Keshav tells her your eyes have said it already, Vish says I still don't know about your feeling. Keshav tells her that he wants to marry her and for no other reason but love. They both hug each other.
After a very long time the episode ends on Keshav and Vishaka hugging.
