After talking with Shefali, Bhoomi comes back to her room, note still in hand. She thinks about Shefali's words that she is the one that saved her child. She tears the note in pieces. She feels she has hurt and done wrong to Shefali and need to apologize. LK comes and tells her that she has done wrong by tearing up the note, she is letting the enemy win (Dushman ko Vijay Bhavo Ka ashirwad). LK says how can I help her, she is being caught in the tarp Shefali has laid.
Shefali is in her room thinking that what she told Bhoomi will have affect on her and she will come to apologize. There is a knock on the door, its Bhoomi, first Shefali tries to act hurt and asks Bhoomi to go away, then she opens the door, Bhoomi comes in and apologizes to Shefali. Shefali tells Bhoomi to trust her in future. Bhoomi leaves.
Yuv calls Mansen and informs him that he has successfully completed the project and is returning back today. Yuv asks Mamaji to inform Shefali. Mamaji suggests to Mansen to hold a party in honor of Yuv and gives Yuv all the credit for the project and adds that now he is capable of heading Goenka Industries. Mamaji goes to inform Shefali about Yuv's return.
At the office Arjun and Keshav discuss the new project and the site for setting up its factory, and the problem of fishermen in the area.
Shefali calls Arjun. Mamaji comes to Shefali's room and she is unaware of it. Shefali tells Arjun that she would like all 3 of them Arjun, Bhoomi and herself to go out to dinner tonite. Arjun agrees. Shefali turns around and sees Mamaji there. Mamaji informs her that Yuv is coming tonite and they have kept a surprise party so she should cancel her program with Arjun. Mamaji leaves. Shefali says that whatever she wants will happen.
Arjun comes home and tells Bhoomi that they are going out to dinner with Shefali. Shefali is in her room getting dressed, wearing a purple (lavender) colored sari. She tells herself that she is going out with Arjun after a very long time, and though she does not want to but she has to take Bhoomi along, and she is wearing Arjun's favorite color. Bhoomi comes to get her, she sees Bhoomi wearing the same color, she suggests to Bhoomi to change her clothes as they are not looking nice. Bhoomi goes to change.
Arjun, Bhoomi and Shefali are at a restaurant. Shefali reminds Arjun that this very day they exchanged friendship bands. Arjun does not give this any importance. Arjun and Bhoomi start talking with each other and she gets jealous and spills a glass of juice on Bhoomi to get rid of her. Bhoomi goes to cleanup.
Shefali tells Arjun that she is afraid cause Bhoomi got attacked while she was pregnant, she is also afraid of Yuv going back on his word regarding her surrogacy. Arjun tells her not to worry as he is with her. Bhoomi comes back. Again Arjun and Bhoomi start talking with each other and smiling, again Shefali is jealous, she says her stomach is hurting. Arjun gives her juice and she puts her hand on Arjun's. Bhoomi suggests they go home.
They come to the car, Bhoomi is about to sit in the front when Shefali says she is uncomfortable sitting in the back seat and if she could sit in the front. Bhoomi agrees. Shefali is very happy to sit beside Arjun. They reach home. Yuv is there waiting for Shefali. Arjun and Bhoomi are surprised to see him.

Arjun tells Shefali that she should have told them Yuv was coming and tries to apologize to Yuv, Yuv stops him for saying anything and asks Shefali to come to the room.
In the room Yuv is very angry with Shefali, but she tells Yuv that she did this so that she could get close to Arjun and Bhoomi and gain their sympathy as she wants to get hold of the agreement of surrogacy. Once they have that document Arjun and Bhoomi will become their slaves. Yuv's anger disappears and he is happy.
