In one of the previous episodes Bhoomi said to KRISHANJI that she wants to be Devki and Yashoda of Krishanji. So, I think that she has been a Devki by becoming pregnant and loosing her child to Shefali and now Shefali might become the mother and Bhoomi might raise her child that will fulfill her wish of becoming the Yashoda. Shefali has been really bad. I don't she really knows what she actually wants.

anyway cuming to the post...well she is obviously confused...but i think wat her main goal is, is to seperate the family, then make Bhoomi crazy n win Arjun...It'll be really hard for her n Arjun to be together if hes still in the HH, becus of Yuv...If Arjun n his family move out then she can break up with Yuv cus of any reason n then win Arjuns heart...But she doesnt realize that Arjun luvs Bhoomi very much n even if she goes crazy he wudnt leave her side or her...Mujhe to lugta hai Shefali Bhoomi ko pagal kurney ke chakur main kudh pagaal hori hai...LOL...
