Hey folks I just want to find the reason behind the miscarriage.

I find all the options are justified.But option 2 seems more convincing to me.

What abt. you all?Pls vote and post your comments.

I go with the 3rd option coz Shefali was Arjun's X-Girlfriend and she try to get Arjun before and now seeing Bhumi and Arjun as a perfect couple and a baby (who unfortunately expired)makes enough reason for Shefali being jealous even that jealous that she cause Bhumi a miscarriage.

i think, shefali got jelous from bhoomi, boz of her regnenecy when bhaisa said that she will give the varis to goenka family
so, i think from that day shefali get jelous from bhomi

i will go for option 1
my justification is yuv left her and he is with her father. she faked her pregnency to get sympathy .since bhumi been said to be carrying she must hav felt in secure being alone without anything .
may be she wants to giv warris first

Today's episode reveals that all the 1st four options are correct and two more reasons are
1.Shefali wants to give the family the first heir.
2.She wants bhumi to punish for telling the truth that Shefali forced her to leave the house in the past.
