Bhoomi tells Mansen that she could complete the order in two days but has a condition that upon completion of the order, he would let her give her workers two-month's worth of bonus. Yuv is furious but Mansen agrees to her condition.
In the morning, Bhoomi prays to LK and asks him to help her complete the order. LK tells her that she should look after her workers and in return, they'd look after her as well. Before leaving, Bhoomi takes Baisa's blessings. Manasvi tells her that if she needs their help, she could call them anytime. Baisa warns her that Mansen wouldn't let her complete the order easily and she may have to fight in order to win but Bhoomi tells her that she is doing this to prove herself, not to fight or win. She then tells Baisa that she wants to be with her workers when they work overtime and may not be home for 2 days. Baisa consents.
At Sugandhi Creations, Bhoomi informs her workers that they'd have to complete the order in 2 days, instead of 4, for she has come into an agreement with the management that if the work gets completed in two days, they'd receive two-month's worth of bonus. They are happy by this and agree to work over time. Shish observes everything. The work begins. Bhoomi and Arjun assist everyone. Baisa and Manasvi serve food to everyone.
Shish pays Mansen, Khushal, Yuv, and Vishaka a visit and informs them of the pace of work at the factory. He tells Mansen that he could call for a strike anytime but Mansen tells him not to. After Shish leaves, Yuv and Vishaka tell Mansen that he shouldn't have agreed to the condition and should've allowed Shish to push through with the strike but Mansen tells then that he wants Bhoomi to complete the order, as he has something else planned. LK says that Mansen's silence is just the silence before the storm. He adds that Arjun and Bhoomi's 'kasauti' would begin after the storm takes place.
PRECAP: Bhoomi tells Arjun that they should continue with their work but Arjun tells her that they could incur losses.
