At the board meeting Yuvraj and Mansen manage to prove their majority and Sugandhi Creation's shares comes under them. Bhoomika signs the paper helplessly without realising what is actually happening. In the hospital, when Arjun and Keshav come to know about the meeting, they rush towards the office. Bhoomika tells Arjun that she could not do anything. Arjun is furious. He confronts Mansen saying that he has taken advantage of Bhoomika's ignorance.
