Faraz Butt the winner of SRGMP Middleeast is Great but now gone (3 rd Oct 2008).

He definitely has humbled us with his Awesome performance on the first night. 👏👏He also has plenty of style and presence. " Phata Phatt" make him the winner.😆

Competition is very tough this year but he gets my vote for now. Adeshji is very lucky to have him in his Gharana.👏👏👏

Yeah, I like him too but I will watching him for another couple of episodes. This songs remind me of my c-pie Aamir Hafiz (lil champ).

Yes Aamir Hafiz was also my favourite.

This time round even the best singers can have an early exit especially if the voting is public.

Thats true. Well they have to eliminate 16 contestants before they go public voting. It will be difficult to watch good singers eliminated.

Would be nice to have some background info on Faraz. He loves to use the words "Phata Phat"😆 and is the SRGMP MEP Winner.

He chose a tough and very demanding song.

Might possible...I haven't seen him on any Pakistani channel..but Sara khan often comes on TV channels..she has a sweet voice..and I think she won Many prizes

Interesting Zaheer Abbas from Pakistan is also pretty good, he is in Rock Gharana.👏

Okay will look at it.

At SRGMP the theme keeps changing and these singer have to be pretty versatile to sing other Genre songs as well. Most unfair part is the Public voting, something for Zee to review and modify to make things fair. Perhaps 30% votes should be from the Public and the rest based on independent judges.

Alternatively points earned for past performances should be taken into account. I do not like a good contestant being suddenly eliminated.😕
