What happens to her family is definitely not in her hands...but we have to remember that she's only 12. She may look older and behave a bit more maturely than the other kids, but she IS still a kid. I'm not condoning what she did but we have to accept that she has her fears, however unreasonable they are.

We cannot blame her as she is very young and sensitive.

Firstly it cud be genuine in which case she did it out of "fear"; and this is an acceptable excuse. Even if it is not genuine and she acted under instructions, she still cannot be faulted.

So in either case we cannot blame her.

Smita's dad got sick because of her eliminatoin AND his health. A person cannot just have a cardiac arrest without any physical and health problems. Years and years of stress and poor diet cause arteries to be blocked and then a person goes into cardiac arrest. Thus, it was not just Smita's elimination that caused her father to go into cardiac arrest.

I for one believe, yes to a certain extent I see where Anamkia is coming from. However, she could have sorted this out before the episode and not while she was singing. I know my family took it the wrong way, and who knows how many other familes did as well. Had she talked about quitting or this whole situation to her family and zee and the judges before the show, she could have easily shown her concerns and they could have been cleared up. No need to bring it into the show and stop singing in the middle of your song. all of that just seemed fake...

Well if it is really a drama then there is no harm, if we buy the story.

But if it is genuine then we should be more sympathetic.

But I do know Zee and most TV stations sensationalize and create dramas very often; to them the stage is an arena to be creative and dramatic. You have point in that if she wanted to quit there is no necessity to turn up at all.

Anyway Anamika is one of the best singers and has several supporters.
