This song is quite boring compared to OSO songs which are much more enjoyable. Wonder if votes are all rigged too.

😆😆😆..summerji u r right...the song is not all that gr8...but the lyrics are gr8 and situationally( in the film) the song is very inspiring...I think it got chosen as best song coz it is a partriotic song...probably the only filmi patriotic song this yr...😉...yeah votes cld be biased/rigged...coz tunewise it is not so wonderful😃

People have a tendency to become emotional when it comes to patriotic songs and these songs come once in a while..It is good in a way though ...but tune definitely don't deserve no 1 position.

I heard it for the first time and thought it lacked several basic things in a good song. It seems they got tired of India losing the cricket matches and brought this song to change things.

Feel sorry for VS, they have been cheated of a win.😕

This is worse than the public voting system on Lil Champs.

At least the Lil Champ voters are not that badly wrong.😕😕

It is an inspiring song but my personal fav from this film is "Maula mere le le meri jaan" sung by Krishna and salim merchant. that song is way better than the title song as far as quality goes....ofcourse my pov. 😊

yes it is a great song ! Makes me wonder how these composers sqeeze in fantastic new tunes year after year.

Infact Summer songs of Laga Chunri mein daag r better than even Chak de India...almost all the songs. they hv a mystic folk feel. I would say this yrs best albums hv been Laga Chunri, OSO, Khoya khoya chand, sawariya & aaja nachle. They were all really refreshing.

Hmmm i didn't quite enjoy the chak de India songs...I thought there were a lot of other songs which were much more fun
