to not even give couple free ticket to the contestant's family members?????

Amir's parents might not have been there , but Amir's uncle and brother are there. May be it was a decision taken by the family itself ? Taking care of day to day needs may be of priority to the family than attending the shoot. Zee can provide the ticket but Zee can't compensate the monetary loss due to missing work to the family now, can they?

There is a possibility that this may be the situation. So we can't really blame zee without knowing all the facts.😊
