Congrats Summer. I am thinking of getting bit regular on this thread this week.😉
Just a warm up one now :
1. Himesh as an actor, singer or MD? (With Reason)
Frankly I do not know what he does as an MD or why he is wasting his time acting, but his presence in the music videos which are very well made has also contributed to his success.
But I like his songs and the first one I really liked was his song "Nam hai Tera Tera". He will do very well as a singer and song writer I think.
2. Your favourite singers saw were Kishore and Lata. Your very favourite songs of these two singers. List out five each.
I love the way Kishore Da delivers the songs and his style. There is no forcing and it is all natural and all his songs are good. As for Lata I cannot tell which songs are bad. Sorry I cannot list out all the songs, but I loved Kishore Da's movies with the flying cars and Charlie Chaplin cloning and all the yodelling singing for Dev Anand and Rajesh Khanna and becoming the number 1. Lata's song in "Do Aankeen bara Haath" was unforgettable and meaningful.
3. A hypothetical situation!! Kishore Kumar suddenly lands on Earth and find Mika singing one of his song "Ghungru ki Tarah". His reaction. Please in your chir-parichit style of writing but in atleast 200 words.😆"
Kishore: "Hey stop spoiling and changing my song , it is giving me a very bad stomachache. So I had to come down all the way. You go and help Amanat to sing "Tujse Naraj" or be the next SRGMP Judge, since the audience needs some new villians as judges."
Mika: " But sir your stlye is outdated and my Master Himeshji told me that this song needs a special nasal treatment to really bring out the spirit of the song!"
Kishore: " But you sound like an elephant crying our in pain after being bitten by a scorpion "
Mika: "Do not worry sir, that is how the young kids love it. And I am also giving it the "SUFI" treatment with some rock bands. Most kids are deaf anyway and they do not know the difference. I learnt from my Guru Himeshji that one song can be remixed to make a 100."
A flying saucer comes down and a sad Kishore starts leaving and says: " I asked God to get Amanat to sing my songs but looks like God is confused because both were on stage and singing the same song... at SRGMP that night."
