SRGMP desperately needs Female mentors

India needs female composers.

The best female movie directors such as Deepa Mehta, Gurinder Chanda, Mira Niyar live in the west and practice their art in west. India may have one or two female directors but they are no way near in calibre to the ones living in the west.

I have a feeling a female Indian music composer will come out of the west. India has not been able to give women same chance it gives to men..

I agree they shoudld get some one like Sunidhi or Richa Sharma or Rekha Bharadwaj as little champ judge. If they really want to take the show to the next level they could bring Shubha Mudgal..

I agree, they have a place for the third judge and any one that you suggested could bring a flare and a women's soft touch to the show. All kids and especially the little girls taking part in this show could be more comfortable with female judge arround.

I like Rekha Bhardwaaj as a choice....Hey how about that lady from Fame Gurukul? Forget her name....she was the principal of the Gurukul and always used to tiff with Javed Akhtar!!😃
