Why have a lead lady cast opposite the 'capped one'? Even an inanimate object would do. After all, no lady or even a guy for that matter would like to act alongside "it"! The object could also be "it's" cap... The title of the movie could be "Topi ka karz", i.e. topi apne pichle paapon ka karz chuka raha hai by being paired with "it".
