I think Raja was given the best and sure win song of Om Shanti. Anybody who sang Dard-e-dil would get more votes ..no question about it.

The importance given to Dard-e-Disco here amazes me. Everywhere else it is considered as the weakest song in the album.

The main song promoted is Ajab si... and that was given to Amanat. Between Dard E disco and Ajab si... the latter is a more difficult, a more melodious and a far more poignant song... wonder why this skips the public eye or mind 🤔

You may be right. But then Farah Kundar was referring to the performance as Raja's version of the song and even suggested to include this version in the album.

I liked the other 2 songs better than dard e disco.

when one is in dard I have heard can do tandav...but to kill dard do disco...not my type of thing...😆

i dislike comparing apples to oranges. in comparison with the original version of dard e disco, raja gave a fabulous performance! really really nice!

👏 👏 👏 and I will just leave it at that.

It is unfair to compare dard-e-disco with Amanat's song and make any negative comments about either of them. They were both fantastic in their delivery of the songs they had.
aneek also. i really thought it was wierd to distribute songs from the same movie.. but that's just my personal opinion.

😆 😆 actually, ajab si is more popular den dard-e-disco...at least as far as i no,its d only song playing wenever i switch on d radio, n it was d first song whos promos aired..
aneek was given main agar kahoon 2 introduce it..
dard-e-disco rocks too, but d reason deres so much hype over d song is coz its d song in which SRK goes shitless 😉 ..lolzzz... 😛
frankly, i think VS are d most impartial mentors, 😊 n regarding songs, all 3 contestants were given perfect songs...both aneek n amanat did a fabulous job wid main agar kahoon n ajab si.. 👏 👏

the reason is :

main agar kahoon is Sonu nigam song, aneek always prefers sonu's songs

dard-e-disco is sukhwinder singh song, which suits mostly on Raja not on Aneek

this has been the trend from beginning, so i don't see any partiality here.
