I am Poonam fan chiming in- I just love her powerful voice. I agree Poonam is weaker than Raja and Amanat. But I disagree that Raja and Amanat are perfect. Amanat still has trouble with keeping up with fast songs and Raja is still being labeled at not being verstile enough (agree some point).

I disagree with u saying that in most competitions, the girls aren't as good as the guys. In C05, Himani and Nihira were both exceptionally good and RARELY EVER made a single mistake in their singing.

Though I am yet to see Saturday's show, I've found it almost from the beginning that Poonam's singing does need some polishing before she can venture into playback singing arena. I am not sure whether she uses her actual voice while singing(note that some people sing with artificial voice throughout their song; its not like falsetto which singers use generally for high notes). If she uses her actual voice, she needs to work a lot for improving her range(especially her high as well as low notes). I've never come across a flawless performance on her part; at some or other point in every song, I feel she lacks that smooth flow which is very essential for any song..I find her singing quite detached and in parts.
Frankly speaking, the only song which has impressed me so far is Vande Mataram(though not to the level of what people find it)
This is again, purely my opinion and I seriously do not mean to hurt anyone.
