aneek wuz da worst 2 day i remember whn chang song om shanti om he sung it wid feel and energy and it wuz superb but aneek sucked at da song da tone of quality wuz da worst he wuz da worst 2day hiz performace compared to raja and amanat wuz realy bad and i believe amanat wuz da best and raja wuz justa lil less thn amanat i wud giv amanat 10 raja 9.8 and aneek 5.0 i thought he wuz sooo bad 2day no offence to hiz fans but yeh itz true

Even I felt the same. That punch which Chang gave was not there in Aneek's singing. I think Aneek took a very higher pitch and probably voice became thin. But Raja and Amanat were superb.

jokes apart, yes, he probably did not sound as good as he usually does, cos his voice texture has a softness and sweetness to it (i like calling it 'honeyed texture' 😊 ) which didn't quite fit in with kishore kumar's thick, rich baritone that we all had paying in our heads simultaneously.. but no you cannot fault him on his sur, gayaki or energy. in fact, i liked that extra punch he gave his voice to match the energy of the song. he can't change his voice, can he? it's God's gift to him!

Though it was not up the mark but he didnt copy and it was good effort.Keep giving the best aneek and good luck.Even Ismail Darbar said it was good effort especially when it comes to his higher notes.
