but who do you think is underrated?

my vote goes to amanat.

raja, musarrat, amanat, and poonam are my favorites, but as far as hyping is concerned, amanat always sings well and never gets hyped.

even that whole love triangle was less about him (thank god!) and didn't really get him any mileage.

my two cents--what do you think?

Sumedha - poor gal just got ignored completely until a couple of weeks ago!! And even during Laloo episode, she was unfairly given 9 by V-S. All other scores were 10-10-10, only she got 1 nine - and her singing was no worse than most others!!

Well, Amanat did get a little mileage out of the love triangle thing in the beginning...but poor Sumedha was never appreciated let alone hyphed!! So, I'd say Sumedha for sure and to a certain degree Amanat!!

i think Poonam and Amanat!! caz thier mentor doesn't scream his lungs out ot praise them unlike others

To me , Sumedha has her limits so i think she is ok where she is !
And Raja is totally OVERrated for me!
Aneek and Mussarat are in between

I'd disagree with those that think Amanat is underrated. I think he gets his due. He's a great singer and is always praised because he deserves it. There are other singers however, who I feel aren't praised when they deserve it. I'm still confused as to why Sumedha got a 7 for her performance from VS. I don't know about sur and taal and all that, but the song sounded pretty alright to me. Mussarat is finally getting what he deserves. The whole love story Aneek thing has been done to death. time to bury it.

All of the contestants have got their fair share of hype. When it is declared in the show that i have taken so and so contestant for one of my song , that also a hype, why do you need to declare them when the contest is still on? Does not this indirectly say that the one getting the offer is more worthy than the ones who have not got it ?
