What is your opinion on this week's show - Page 5

Saturday's Episode:

When Daler started singing it was good but then he continued on and on and wouldn't stop. So overall found it long and tiresome.

Laloo Prasad Yadav was equally as boring as his comments were political and whenever asked something he would start giving a speech out instead of a comment.

Judges:
Bappi: Needs to stop buttering up guest judges and stop singing.
Himesh: Needs to act less hyper, listen to his friends that the love story will ruin Aneek, and hype all contestants not only his.
Vishal-Shekhar: Are leniant to Mauli but tough on Sumedha. Again they should act fair to all contestants.

Singing:
The singing was pretty boring as well and the only performances that stood out were by Mussarat and Poonam.
Wish Harpreet was still on the show 😭 .

Gurugraph:
The Gurugraph needs to go. Himesh, Ismail, and Bappi handed out all 10's to everyone and Vishal-Shekhar gave out 10's and one 9. What's the point of the gurugraph marks when you keep saying that a person's singing was not as good as usual and could've been better but then still give them 10?!?

Let me put my views on this saturday's show

Great theme but not a pleasant guest because when you have politician as a guest he is bound to hog all the limelight and some sort of sycophancy pervades the atmosphere.

The group performances were excellent, specially Chalat musafir moh liya re, it shows that when we go to our roots we enjoy the most.

Daler mehndi, what a bundle of energy and enthusiasm. He sung and danced for close to 25 minutes non-stop and i was exhausted just watching him perform.


Now coming to our contestants:

RAJA:Perfect song selection and fabulous performance, it made me listen again and again.

MAULI:Again perfect song for her and she excelled in the song, she outdid herself and deserved full marks.

SUMEDHA: Started very nicely, but lost the steam towards the end and the struggle was clearly discernible. Feel sad for her, she may be in danger next week.

POONAM: Perfect rendition and she showed what a focussed hard worker she is. But why are they insulting her dignity by showing her poverty stricken days again & again. Poonam would like people to vote for her singing not out of sympathy for her sob story. It is actually demeaning to Poonam who has risen like a fighter inspiring other young poor Indian girls like her.

AMANAT:No words to describe, just outstanding, enjoyed every bit, he infused the mischievousness required for the song perfectly.

MUSSARAT:This was his day, his own backyard, his own idol NFAK, and he made it memorable, but at the same time he was out of taal atleast two times. This mistake could have been masked if it there was an orchestra, but prerecorded tracks don't allow margin of error. The reason may be that Mussarat tried to put in too much classical variations, but overall it was excellently sung with lot of feelings and emotion.

ANEEK:Set the stage on fire with his superlative performance, this young man is surely going places, but at the same time he should cut down his antics a bit since many people don't like a hyperactive kid.

Its very sad that such a good singer as Harpreet has been voted out! 😭 Harpreet is the best!!!!!!!!!!Unfortunately he did not have a great and big fan following!!!!

Starting next episode, there's one more exception for Mauli. Mauli will just lip synch for all the songs and still not get the notes right.

I found the Laloo episode boring im afraid... although there were a few good performances.

Friday ruined by Harpreet exiting & VS comments around it followed by a a very boring saturday..

I couldn't watch the friday episode since I was out, however Harpreet's elimination was sad while Amanat's topping the votes was a plus.

Saturady's episode was too long. Specially the daler mehendi part was dragged too much. I did like the group performances, but it just became too much after a point. The rural setting was very nice though.

I perosnally am not interested in politics or politicians, but laloo's presence in the show proved a blessing in disguise, since my husband who is a huge laloo fan, was glued to srgmp and did not keep swtiching to II & SVOI (which he normally does and it annoys me no end)

Coming to performances,
Mussart was outstanding - 10
Amanat - very good as always - 9.5
Aneek, Raja & Poonam - again very good - 9
Sumedha - I love her voice quality - 8.5
Mauli - was good in this song - 8

Although I sooooooo want to see Mauli out, I personally feel it is the turn of Sumedha now.

Saturday tranmission worst ever sound quality third class.
