Aparnaji...wow...this is the first time i'm hearing u...and u were simply superb in this song👏

common song: amazing singing... but the song lacked of feeling sometimes... other than that it was simply gr8..😳👏👏

Just finished hearing everyone's rendition of "Teri aankhon ke siva". I think everyone has sung very well in terms of sur and scale.

But there were small things which I was looking for such as the part "mera jeena mera marna inhee palkon ke tale" which almost no one was able to capture...but again, it makes little sense to compare with Rafi and Lata.

My ranking for this song would be:
1. Raju (He sounded effortless and put the right expression)
2. Aparna and Seema (both of them sang equally well, except that Aparna was a shade better in the line "mera marna inhee palkon ke tale". I used to think that Aparna's voice quality could not be matched by other female contestants but in this song, both Aparna and Seema sound equally sweet)
3. Ashish (there seemed to be a lack of continuity, like as if each line was separate from the other. The transition could have been better, and it was not sounding effortless)
4. Lavanya and Cindu (Sorry but the part "mera jeena mera marna" was just not sounding good enough)

Oops I think i heard the wrong version of Ashish's song (the one posted on this thread which Ashish says is not the right one)

Sorry me late with the review this time. was not too regular here last few days.But this time i am really finding it difficult to rate them. so would giv a general one

Common song :

I would say Aparna and Seema u both are just awesome. i found both of u really good and as Sahana said this common song round is showing how much similar u both are. the voice and way of singing is so very similar, so sweet and soothing.

Raju and Ashish even u both did well. 👏 Technically both are correct. one point i hav maintained many time and hav even told raju, he has a diction problem. otherwise in this round, especially after what u did in the last one, i would say U are fantastic.

Cindu is also good. but Lavanya i found not fully upto the mark.

Private album :

Ashish is bit shaky at the starting but otherwise perfect. Raju....U can really copy Sonu to perfection. 😆 Seema i found your song very soothing. same goes for Aparna too.Both were too good. Infact Lavanya and Cindu u both are also good in this round.maybe cindu u could hav brought more masti into the song.

Common song - I agree with Sahana's ranking.

Indipop/Pvt Albums:

Raju - Now I know how Sukhwinder would sound like if he sang this song 😆 Excellent work with the energy and expressions. However, you went off sur on "Bijuria Bijuria", which surprised me quite a bit. Just be a little careful.

Ashish - I haven't heard this song before, so won't comment on the technicalities. However, you captured the essence of the lyrics.

Seema - Really nicely done. Very soothing.

Cindu - I think you sang this more like a classical song than a Pop song. Murkis seem to automatically come into your voice, like Richa Aneja from II. 😆 It needed more zing. Work a little on diction too.

Lavanya - While this song needs energy, I think you put in too much energy, which resulted in oversinging the higher notes and making them a little harsh. Your voice already has the pep needed for a Pop song, so if you sang it a little softer, it would have sounded excellent.
