i'm not gonna agree with no. 1. I'm gujju and me and my gujju friends don't like mauli one bit. If i knew that one vote would matter and the fact that i dont have to shell out a significant $$ amount to even change the results I would vote for the other well deserving singers.

I 101% agree with desivalue. Mauli is great and I watch all her performances. She has magnetic personality, which definitely soothing to watch.

i dont vote for her and not for anybody

I'm happy tht even being a gujju u don't vote for her..but how many people will be righteous enuf to not vote for their community contestant..very few I must say..

Not to single out a community, but we Indians of specific creed or ethnic backgrounds tend to support a person who carries those similar backgrounds as we do. Don't tell me that some in the Gujju community aren't blindly supporting Mauli. Again I'm not saying all, but quite a few are. If you recall, with Shekhar, she asked the Gujju community to support her.

That to me is not right, and unfair. Your talent shouldn't be measured via who you are.

I will however say one thing....Mauli can sing only certain types of songs, and sing and perform a heck of a lot better than Ankita 'Beysuriya' Mishra from II. But in my book, she's not a SRGMPC'07 champion.
