As Ismail Darbar pointed out (at the end of the qawali episode) the attitude & confidence she brings to the performace is probably her positive trait. I guess we can't see it on tv, but I am sure they are feeling it live. These are famous music director and I am sure they know what they are talking about and may be that's the reason they are giving points. Even Vishal admired her performance.

Yeah, man... when Musarrat is singing, you get gooseflesh and when Mauli is singing, you're like, PLEASE! STOP! And Mauli scores 30. My God, that's really crap. Bappi is such a hypocrite.

Well Confidence and attitude doesn't deserve a 30 😕

I agree that she is very erm..energetic and that's great.

But her singing isn't 30 material....

^ n adding to it...........this is all about singing confidently...waz the point in judging confidence in other things 😕 ...she is being judged as a stage performer...i dun understand how dare she n how can the judges just tolerate her taking the saregamapa standard soo down, she is the odd one here, n still being praised for her other talents apart frm singing 😕 it's just just annoying n nothin else
iss tarah tou lagta hai y dun they simply declare her a winner, coz anyways if this is the voting n judging trend,than other contestants r just wasting their time n fooling themselves by putting all their effort n hoping they might win it's sooo irritating now

Maiya girl sounded so bad as her voice quality sounded inferior to me, with no sweetness and very rough ( maybe suitable for singing rock music). There was a stark difference. I hope Maiya girl can try to improve in this area; of course the mentors were ordered to give full marks and they have no choice.

Mauli gave an enjoyable performance on the qawali day. she deserved the praise and points.

even when amritanamika stated that it was indeed saracasm, they say it is denial. 😆

it was so disapponting to see a mediocre moaner get 30 and a genuinely good singer get lesser than that. the mentors need to get their head checked.
