IMHO --

Raja - 10 -- I loved the feeling
Amanat - 10
Aneek - 10 thought I do not like the song itself
Mussarat - 8 - -besura beginning
Mauli - 6 -- she started that alaap in the wrong key - -shame on the mentors for not pointing that out
Sumedha - 15 -- she was so perfect, she made it seem easy
Poonam - 8.5 -- not her best
Harpreet - 9
Junaid - 7.5

Tonight was one of the best episodes of this show👏. I liked everyone's rendition including the most talked about contestant. It is very difficult for me to rate contestants tonight because it is going to be based on negligible technicalities.

The weakest I felt tonight was Junaid though he still was very good compared to his previous renditions.

Mauli is terrible.. she should be voted out.

Friday episode
was a very emotional one - felt very bad to see the 3 guys clarifying themselves, I had tears in my eyes towards the end and ended up getting teased by my husband for this.
Performance wise, all were good, but I enjoyed Amanat, sumedha & harpreet's performance the most.

Saturday episode
glad that there were no eliminations. my ratings for the show
Amanat - 10 (this guy has been my favourite from the start. he continues to amaze me with his mindblowing performances week after week, and what a versatile singer. I hope you truly become a famous singer one day)

Raja - 9.5 (good as always)

Aneek - 9 (he sang well and maybe deserves a 10, but he sounds exactly like sonu and hence one mark less from me)

Sumedha - 9 (the song suited her voice well)

Mussarat - 9 (he did great justice to this famous song)

Poonam - 8 (after last week's brilliant vande mataram performance, this was a bit of a let down)

Harpreet - 8 ( I loved him on friday, but not so much on sat)

Junaid - 7 (he was in my top 5 list once upon a time, but he is slowly declining day by day. VS please give him time and boost his morale which he seems to be so low at. he definitely is a fantastic singer and I feel bad to rate him equally as Mauli this time)

Mauli - 7 (I was pleasantly surprised. After Mayya Mayya, this is the first song of hers that was pleasing to the ears)

Saturday episode:

the group performance was really nice..... and mehfil was unique and wonderful Idea 👏

Harpreet: Started off really well 👏 👏 👏 ...... very good in antara 👏 👏 .... superb -performance 9.5/10

(before going to break they said raja is coming and after break..... he called junaid😕)

Junaid: started off well.... he sang well but the energy was less resulting in the less feel.... he went overboard in aalap once.... ismail smiled😆..... I liked overall performance for aalap blunder 9/10

Raja : He went flat on high notes.... he shd have started at a lower note i think... missed in the middle once with chorus... overall nice attempt👏 8/10

Mussarat: sargam was good.....There was a lot of effort.... and he sang really well👏👏👏 i felt his voice was little strained.... 9.5/10

Aneek: Started off at right key and very well.... had once problem in diction of mahobbat... i heard it like mabbat...😆... very well sung👏👏👏 10/10

Amaanat: His voice was strained as well and it was breaking little on higher notes.... but overall very nice singing👏👏👏 10/10 (compared to aneek... would give 9.5 to both😳)

Poonam: i did nt like the start of the song... her one of the rare bad performances (compared to other performances of hers)..... overall average performance😕 7/10

Sumedha: started off really well👏 very melodious voice👏.... she missed surs very few times..... but very effortless performance... superb👏 9/10 (I must say mahesh bhatt got real nice voice👏)

Mauli: what was that .... starting me hi diction problem....😆.... it felt like a folk song more than qawaali.... she is singing well though today.... 👏 8.5/10.... i m thankful she did nt go husky today😆.... i agree with ismail that she shown the attitude for qawaali👏

himesh was nt nasal in pag ghungru😉😆

For Qawwali episode

Aneek 9 - Perfect rendition, but very similar to original,voice lacks novelty
Sumedha 10 - Beautiful singing. Tough song
Amanat 9 - Low notes were poor, strained
Poonam 9 - Start was bad, picked up well, tough song too
Raja 9 - did not find any special quality in the singing, perfect rendition
Mussarat 8 - Mistakes at the start, but later was excellent
Harpreet 9 - Good singing overall
Junaid 9 - Could have been better
Mauli 7 - The song choice was such that there were only few areas to display prowess,a sort of easy way to gain brownie points, i thought

Junaid - tried hard but when reading the lyrics it sounded really BAD!

First i think it was really sad to see how the situation was. But at the end they handeled well. And i think sa re ga ma pa made the right choice!!

Then the quwali show

It was just awsome!!! The athmospher was great..i have always been very found of quwali so this was very nice to see. The set was great and everybody was dressed perfect! and i think all the contestent really did their level best to make the athmospher better and they all sang fantastic!

my top 9 based on this performance:
- Amanat (all the way, rocking, mindblowing!!)

- Raja (heart touching, so much sool in it!)

- Musarat (just made my day:D, but didnt espected less cuz this is his thing!)

- Aneek (should try to sing in his own style but was great!)

- Harpreet( sang so easy and with so much fun, really nice)
- Sumedha ( could have used more energy but was good at the end)

- Junaid (i was really dissapointed, he could have done better)

- Mauli (i think the quwali didnt suited her)

- Poonam ( nothing special, dont remember much of it anymore)

Above avg - Junaid, Poonam & Raja (Raja bcuz the song he sang was not a proper disco song, I wud say)

Best - Amanat (Wonderful, I wud say)
Next to best - Aneek & Mussarat
Good - Sumedha, Harpreet
Above avg - Poonam, Raja & Junaid(Inspite of his mistakes, Junaid was good..Same goes wth Poonam too..Raja's singing was less compared to the chorus and found it monotonous again)
Avg - Mauli (Though she was better today but didn't feel it was a qawaali..I know I'll sound quite contradictory to what ID said but that is how I felt..somehow feel her voice made it sound like a folk song)
