Todays show

The top three in order were Amanat, Harpreet & Poonam

The bottom three were Junaid (his low spirit was obvious, but can't blame him after what I heard at the end of the show), Mussurat (a bit too fast) and the lowest performance of today and last week was Mauli.

Not being in India, I had not heard any controversies about the boys not wanting to sing indian patriotic songs. It really is a pity that in this day and age the public and media make such a hoopla over this issue. It is time to let go of this stuff. The partition was 60 years ago! Get over it and let's enjoy these fabulous singers and vote with your ears and love of music. They really are very good and we should appreciate all the hard work it took to put this show together to entertain us. After this week's controversies I hope no one gets voted out this week! So true rating.. 😊 😛 ..but guess u r li'l rude with harpreet...should get 8.5 at least and must be ahead of Junaid,...MAULI shud b d next to be thrown out...in fact it shud hav happend a lot earlier..but "Janta"..no offense to them...but its sad... 😭 😭

SRGMP team sure knows how to hook people to their shows. When the show started, I was sure that I will not watch it, as there was enough drama and fights last year. But now, not only I am watching it since last two three weeks, but now for the first time commenting on it too!!! The nutankis really work!!!

Anyways, back to today's performance and the side acts. For me, Amanat, Aneek, Harpreet & Raja (there is a tie in third place 😛) are in top 3. And Sumedha, Junaid, Mauli in bottom 3.

Now coming to last 5 mins of the episode, which were heavier then the rest one hour and 5 mins!! Enough had been said about this situation which we saw today, in last a few days, but today it was totally heart breaking to see the three Trishankus, standing like culprits and justifying about something they never committed. And telling and explaining their feelings about the country there are standing in. I had never had tears while watching any reality show, but today I did, on the unfairness and great service which was given to them. They were made answerable and their intentions were doubted.

If Ismail Darbar knew about the whole thing and it was planned that he was going to point out this issue. He should have talked to them behind the scene and get the story, and tell in a decent manner to the public that these rumors are out, and after investigation, this is what he got. Instead of defending his contestants, he made them look like they are criminals and they need to tell who said that? Who is he to ask them, if they said no for singing Patriotic songs?? It is their choice!! How would they know who is spreading the "news"? And why didn't any other mentor said a single word? Did they all thought that them singing their national songs was a sin?? They all were sitting as if there is a speech going on, and at the end of it, all they have to is: clap!

What will no elimination this week will do?? The people who were spreading those rumors are refueled, and spread much more "news".

It was sad, it was heart breaking, it was disgusting!! 😡 They had no right to question them like this, and make them look bad in front of the whole world!! We see enough politics in news, dont need it in reality shows, which apparently is promoting a message of "peace and friendship"

In last week's episode, the three were the only ones to talk about peace and harmony among both nations. If people didn't understand that either, then its sad!! I agree with Junaid, weather they committed a mistake or not, if similar thing happens next week, they should walk out for the sake of their SELF RESPECT, which was questioned today, and which is way higher then any fame and any music they know or have learned!!

After the Independence Day Episode today's one seemed very mediocre. Some of the performances were praiseworthy, but some were nothing great to rave about.

If I was to rate the singers, then Amanat gets a 10, Mussarat gets a 8.5, Sumedha 7,Poonam 7, Aneek 7 Raja 6 Junaid 6 Harpreet 5 and Mauli 2

Harpreet sang well but he is singing only punjabi songs, getting stereotyped. Vishaal should have toldm him also about this.

This weeks episode left a very bitter taste in my mouth, because seeing Amanat in Trishanku, I felt as if music lost and popularity won.

I really applaud the trishanku's for the way they conducted themselves. It was unfortunate to see them justifying their acts , something that they hadn't even done. Seeing them stand their and justifying themselves made me feel sick. No one, I repeat no one should go through this in life.....

lol sorry if yu felt offended buh noo am not rude 2 him lol hes punjabi am punjabi 2 lol y would i b rude 2 him lol buh i dunno y the song he wuz singing maybe daz y lol his pronouncation and style of singin dat song was jus kinda funny lol n outta sur 😆

Mauli 6/10 Perhaps the worst performance of the day along with Junaid

Sumedha 9/10 I should say best performance of the day

Mussarat 8.5/10 He might have lacked sur, but he did make a very good attempt

Aneek 7.5/10 Difficult song, I felt he can do better

Harpreet 7.5/10 More performance than singing?

Raja 8/10 Kind of getting repitative, but he is still good

Junaid 6.5/10 Looked as if he is being forced to perform out there, is he in so much of misery?

Poonam 8,5/10 she is really proving versatility in this show

Amanat 8/10 very nice attempt at versatility, I must say


About the natak at the end
Now it has been a known fact most singers chose their own songs

Last week Mussarat/Amanat sang Pakistani songs, fair enough



I think Mussarat/Amanat chose to sing those songs, Zee Creative team told them those songs will not go down well with the actual voting public(since they know most votes come from India), and requested them to atleast change the lyrics.

I felt Mussarat/Amanat made a conscious choice last week and this week to save them, ID and the Zee creative team had to play the game of blaming someone else

Now One can also think, Zee creative team searched the songs, made Amanat/Mussarat sing them against their wishes and then had them modify the lyrics

But hey some people think there is a push of force from Moon, there aint any gravitational pull from the Earth 😉
