Thank you Barnali ji. I never knewe before that Rafi had appeared in any movie at all . I hope I can get a DVD of the movie will watch it only for Rafi ji.

Roshan Ara Begum also sang some great film songs, mostly under the baton of Feroze Nizami and Tassaduq Hussain. Memorable films include Jugnu (1947),

In 1945, Rafi also appeared on the screen for the song "Tera Jalwa Jis Ne Dekha" in the film Laila Majnu.[6] He sang a number of songs for Naushad as part of a chorus, including "Mere sapnon ki rani, Roohi Roohi" with K. L. Saigal from the film Shahjahan (1946). Rafi was first noted for the song Tera Khilona Toota Balak from Mehboob Khan's Anmol Ghadi (1946). His duet with Noor Jehan in the film Jugnu 1947, Yahan Badla Wafa Ka became a hit song.

Thanks for the thread didi and also the link.. Yes, Dollydi, its sung by Noorjahan. I was rather now about to post it here. I couldnt find other songs.. Looking in other blogs of Noorjahan too.. Let me see if i can find it

Yes this is sung by Noorjehan. I am not sure but I read somewhere that this movie had two MD's, atleast this song had. Firoze Nizami and also Naushad Ali Ji. If thats true for just this song or more songs, or even if the info is correct or not I am not 100% sure. Can anyone help here???

Interestingly Firoze Nizami and Noorjehan both had shifted to Pakistan after Pakistan. But both gave some really melodious music even after that.
