Was Himesh right in ........

Was Himesh right in asking Aditya to comment on the contestants? In my opinion, no. The Western sector audience was not shown Himesh's comments about the question Aditya was asked regarding GF, BF. But his comments clearly showed he was biased towards Mauli. He said he liked her performance😕 and he paused long enought to get an applause, but isn't this a singing show? Shekhar rightly said that we should not be looking for performances because once behind the mike, all flaws will be heard, who looks at the performance then?? Aditya had good comments about the other singers, but his heart ruled his head when it came to Mauli. I'm sure Vishal/Shekhar must be rueing the day they stood up for Mauli's first performance, now they've created a monster, so to speak. People, please don't misunderstand, this is a figure of speech, I don't want to be lambasted like the other guys on this forum.

For a second, I thought what Shaan would say if he was asked to comment and I imagined laughingly he would say " no sir, I'm not that experienced to comment on the singers, you'll are the judges, you should give your comments". In my opinion, Himesh and perhaps ID have been ribbing Aditya backstage, asking about Mauli and perhaps Aditya said nothing is going on and ofcourse from Aditya's comments, Himesh must have got his answer because he and Vishal/Shekhar gave a knowing smile after he commented on Mauli's "Performance".... I wish they (judges) would take this competition seriously because they are having fun at other singer's expense/careers. Aditya maybe good for a teen show, like EMET that was held last year, but he looks oddly out of place in this one. ********...sorry to all the girls having a crush on him, he needed to get some show exposure prior to this huge stage.

Very correct..I too felt Aditya was carried away n he shdnt say 'I always enjoy ur performance' when he was supposed to comment on behalf of HR. He shd only give his opinion for tht particular day. Why hype a person who is already hyped so much?????

yup aditya should JUST remain the host....but it was prolly the directors idea 4 all this crap as himesh wasnt even there.....

Actually Himesh was not there in the show, as I could find Ismail Durbar next to VS. It was just an excuse...

aditya should not be commenting on the contestants as he himself is just in the same position as all the other singers and trying to create a foothold into the industry.

Wrong idea on the part of the directors to try to full us and inappropriately have the wrong person comment on the contestants.

Maybe Himesh's father could of come in his place or someon else from the music industry.

This was all basically preplanned I think. But true better for Aditya to decline making comments as he has to show all humility and also remain impartial as well. This is a "no win" situation for Aditya for even if his judgement is correct and accurate, there will be some members who will not be happy. Even the judges argue with the Maha Gurus. All comments affect public voting and could mean a lot to a contestant. Sometimes when one is young mistakes are made, but this can be rectified. i stil like the kid.

Pls. note the comment that has been deleted from my post was made in reference to the host being a kid and who looks like a kid, the context was also to depict his cuteness which would gell with the EMAET programme or the Kids SRGMP held late last year rather than an older audience show. Pls. read in between the lines and try and understand prior to deleting innocent posts.

All his comments were right EXCEPT Mauli's . She wasn't too bad, but she wasn't as good as Aditya said, either. Anyway, his point of view might be different! 😊
