I agree here - anyone who supports Khayyam saab's (or Asha ji's) decision simply based on them being legends is following the Appeal to Authority fallacy.

A (fallacious) appeal to authority argument has the basic form:

A makes claim B; there is something positive about A,
1. therefore claim B is true.

A = Asha ji/Khayyam saab
B = Elimination of Sarika/Jyoti

shady and aphrodite..i dont understand,this thread is "vidayi to mahaguru",not a discussion about right or wrong or anything else.

in my defense i have not uttered the names or actions of any of the mentors in this context or any context EVER in ANY post or any thread (please feel free to do a search).

i am an admirer of khayyam's music and listed my fav songs here and in an earlier thread.if he was hurt by a mob,had an accident,fallen sick..iwould feel for him...

there are so many other treads to argue about who was right or wrong

So what is teh classification of a liking ? Just look good and sound ok to your ears? You are questioning a legend who has full background of calssical music. Claiming that you are right just shows an arrogance. You may say what you wish but if you have been watching Sare show since Sonu nigam's time, you would have seen real talent where it was hard for people like Khayyam, Anil Vishwas, Pt jasraj etc to judge as everyone was excellent. yet no one questioned their decision. It is the trust we have in them.

Why go far, just last year Nihira, Shaib Hema...no one is even close to them in this competition yet.
