He was so blunt! There was no feeling, no emotion, no nothing......... I missed the personal touch that Shaan gave to the contestents.

Friday:
it was funny when himesh slapped himself...i was like awww...
i think the singers who got the green light really did deserve it.

Saturday:
Man, it was the funniest ever, with Ashaji giving the soul "filled" cap to Shekhar and his mimicry...cute...
i felt sad for sarika but i think it should have been a tie between Jyoti and Sarika. I think to make things easier all the girls should sing two lines of the same song before any elimination takes place. You cannot judge two different songs....for me it was hard to think who made mistakes and who was not up to the mark b/c they all sang different songs and they were all great.
I did not like Imran's singing at all....his singing was too slow for the music of the song. I really liked Joy's singing; he was all pumped up. Wasi was good too. I felt concerned for Sarika b/c she fainted at the end of the show....pretty tragic.

Sikandar, my favorite, got the green card which he deserved. Wasi was superb in his rendition. Reecha, my other favorite reached the next round and I heaved a sigh of relief. I loved her performance. But the performnce of the day, really, was Sarika and I was dumbfounded that Jyoti was selected over Sarika.

I really wish she comes back. She put her heart and soul in that song. She sang it with panache and expression. I agree with the mentors that her omission was a wrong choice. Other than that, rest of the selections were good.

In a nutshell, the show is beginning to gain momentum and life. We are beginning to hear quality voice and rendition. I expect the quality to improve further in next rund. By 4th round, I expect to start hearing a Nihira, Himani and Debojit. (Sikandar is my Debo this time 😉 ).

I liked last week's episodes much better than this week's....

As regards to this week....the Sarika drama... Honestly I did not like her voice as much as what mentors kept saying. As someone mentioned before her voice is not smooth and soothing. But I also found Jyoti on both days to be not upto the mark and between Jyoti and Sarika, I think Sarika was better. I also think that mentors should not go out of the way to excessively praise any contestant as he/she may not be able to bear the shock if eliminated.

As regards to Sikander, again I did not find him as good as what mentors are making him out to be. Other male singers were also average this week but I liked Wasi on 2nd day. Overall, I did not find any performance worth rewinding my DVR and listening to it again and again, the way I did for Harpreet's O majhi re..and for Poonam's Hangma in the last round.

Is it true that HR accused Asha ji's husband from singing from the nose?
I was completely lost....my mom told me that the guy that came with her was her husband, then last night when I was at my cousin's, my uncle told me that RD Burman was her BF, and HR isn't there cuz he accused RDB of nasal singing??


And about the Episode: Hum Dum Soniyo Re by vS [one of them] was funny, expression wise....though good.....
and Africa dude sing's 2, although 1, song and after a lot of Visa Prob -> go back to Africa...
I knew he didn't do something smart by singing that same song again...

Most memorable: HR not there😆

who guy?😕 i thot RD Burman Saab was Asha Tais husband😕...neway...bout d episode..well...compared 2 last week, d singing was a let-down..no one really gud came up..Sikandar was gud...n Joy..wid humDum soniyo re was also entertaining😛..but no gr8 singing..bout Sarika..i still feel Asha Tai gave d rite verdict😳...i mean.i no Jyoti wasn't nething gr8, but i lked her better den Sarika...one main thing..m really going 2 miss Asha Tai in d cuming episodes...

R D Burman Saab was Ashaji husband . HR was not there because he had to leave for 2 days to complete shooting of his film.

His leaving had nothing to do with him calling Panchamda(R D Burman) nasal.

In fact when Ashaji had heard that comment she was so angry that she had made a statement that she wanted to slap HR. Then HR apologised saying he never meant to disrespect RDB, and they patched up.

This weeks performences seem boring compared to last weeks
Sarika seem a bit boring, dun't know how she was excellent
Joy was the only thing shining....he looks like a grown up Abro, since he smiled like him after every comment😆

Yessss ! Thats it... I ept on thinking he reminded me of someone, but could not connect who. Now that you say, he dis remind of Abhro.

He looked too sweet and innocent ! His song was OK. Really did not find that throw in it.

I liked Wasi 's song more actually despite the chota mota ulata seedha teeny weeny mistakes...
