No its not her, there used to be a kiddo called Sanchari, she is a very good singer but was too young then.Had cried a lot when she got eliminated.

Actually I appeal to Mods, the comparison of two shows should be stopped. Lot of us do not have access to STAR and will definitely attached to Zee SRGMP, So our sentiments should be respected.. Both shows are different... I do not think there is need to open topic related with ASVOI here. ASVOI has its own dedicated section....

I disagree Jadoo bhai... There is nothing wrong with comparison. It is neither derogatory nor demeaning. This section is not "just" SRGMP section...this has been a musical section de-facto...If it was just rendered a SRGMP section...why do we see articles related to Kishore Kumar or Music Directors and singers who are not related to SRGMP... Going by that trend, I think we should be able to discuss anything that is music related. N Sinha's post was his opinion of the ASVOI show...you are others are most welcome to counter his opinion with yours.

I haven't seen a single episode of ASVOI so I won;t comment but people like Adi/Minali have the benefit of seeing both programs, they should be able to comment and counter and I welcome their opinion. 😛

I seriously don't see anything wrong with comparison so long as we are not trashing and badmouthing the participants of either of the show. I for one, would sure like to see the comparison between the 2 programs somewhere since they are so similar in nature...or shall I say...offshoot of one another...sort of apples to apples....

If we don't allow to compare ASVOI with SRGMP here and SRGMP with ASVOI in the ASVOI section, where would we be able to see it..

That's all... As Anu said, Dev team will determine....so I have no more comments on this point.😛

Music has no boundaries, it is a good performance that we music lovers should be looking at. Whether that performance comes from Junaid, or Prantik, what difference does it make. The channels have the rivalry, why should we also become a part of it. Why should we put boundaries like this that "so and so" show is better than 'so and so" show. May be it is. May be it is not. Its all perspective.

But having these comparisons I feel is wrong. If SVOI is good or if Z SRGMP is good. One day one may fare better than the other one, depending on that days performers. But the next day things can totally change. Then why this comparison?

Worst still, why it is always said that "quality audience" like only a certain show while others dont. Well, does that mean we all who may like the other shows are poor quality ? who decides who is quality audience and who is not.

In this section, if we now suddenly start running down II shows, will that be justified on that show viewers? hasn't that show also given us the likes of Karunya?

Then why these comparisons on whose show is better, mine or yours.

I agree with Jadoo ji here. We sould refrain from posting these comparison topics...not because comparison is bad, but such topics also come with suggestive inferiority traits in other viewers, and that can create a whole lot of bad vibes around. That we should avoid.
