This song was chosen by her as yesterday's theme was fav songs of the contestants themselves.. Mauli maybe good singer, but even i feel she can better perform in sad and romantic songs than in item songs.. Maybe she is choosing the item songs for attracting the crowd and so she can prove her X-Factor with her performance..

actually we really dont know if she is a reasonably good singer, we know she is a very good item song singer according to her performances here, but the logic that applies to Mussarat also applies to her

She also has to realize she is singing only one type of songs, it is her career, she has to try to convince the mentor she can sing other types of songs too, as much as it is the mentors failure, it is a greater failure for her in that aspect

The song is from Mangal Pandey and its called Rasiya. I like her singing. She sang really well today.
