The song that she chose required very very little singing... The song in itself has very little sur... And she sang it with a huge nasal overtone... She was acting more than she was singing... Even in such a flat song, she lost her sur and rhythm at a couple of places... Yes, she had a lot of 'other' factors to attract viewers towards her and that would definitely be mersmerising for sure...

I bid to differ Jaya..... First and Foremost.... If you are gonna assess an Item number... U cant assess it with surs.... U have to assess it with the power and mood carried through the song....

second this was not an easy Item number.... It was arabian style music composed by A R Rehman.... and had lots to work on to be easy song..... Its like Beedi jalaile which is a difficult song to sing as it requires a lot of powerful voice, mood and performance to make the song sound interesting.... For teh listeners, the overall impact of the song is much more important than the surs and hence this can be one of the rocking performances i can say.... i cant comment on others as i have nt heard all...

and to talk about other attractions.... I have nt seen her perform but just heard this song and that too over a call as Youtube is banned here and i cant see it.....

She is not another twinkle for sure.... what I can say is she is multitalented😃

Molly is seriously reminding me of Twinkle - both from singing and number of topics.. She also appears to be more on glamor quotient like Twinkle.. I just read that she has won some Ms Texas contest... She is too much of XYZ factor and very less of singing!

I agree with Barnalidi and Jaya. I also agree with Shady that there are too many topics being opened on one person. Even if we like someone we are gonna get tired of that person after so many topics. Then they become overrated.

I do like Mauli........ and I told a number of my friends here. She is a great performer, knows how to charm audience having won Ms. Teen Texas contest etc. She herself said she is a Performer. We have had another performer on SRGMP, Paresh. However, I also liked singers from Pakistan, Sumana from Canada and the guy from Dubai. I hope Sumana gets more chance to prove herself for she was damn good. They were all good. I am very curious to see how Mauli will carry herself when she has to sing melodious songs too.😳

She's no where near Twinkle. Mouli has super control on her notes and is far more talented and has a powerful and versatile voice.

Yes but I hope there is more to SRGMP than songs like Beedi and Maiya. Sorry. I still have videos of SRGMP from Sonu days........ the melodies, the singers, the music was absolutely enchanting.😳 No more comments about this from me.😆😆 🤗

Of course it was enchanting and it is enchanting dear..... and Mauli will be tested with that too...... my opinion is just that the song was not easy and she did well with the song......😃....... okkk no more comments peace lols😳🤗
