just saw yesterday the episode of the fight between aadesh & ID. Its a pity we get to see the show 8 - 10 days later than india. frankly speaking i did not find anything wrong in ID's comments. wonder what the fight was all about. seemed to me that aadesh was waiting for a chance to start the fight.

but whatever it be, the episode was a wonderful one - all the contestants sang exceptionally well. Joyeeta was not as good as the others, but yet, it was her personal best performance i think.

does anyone know the song that the girl(dont remember her name) sung (sunday episode) from the jatin lalit gharana..?

I think you are talking about Ujjaini- the song from Black...mausam ki adla badli mein............ha maine choo kar dekha hai

I think they have shown us a very edited version...hence it was impossible to follow the conversation.

I think aadesh initially said that joyeeta's song, from the hindi film music angle, did not seem proper. Ismail thought that aadesh was saying that such classically based songs should not used in hindi films and said that he always uses these kinds of songs. Aadesh replied saying that he also understands the classical.......so on....but i think there must have been a lot more which we were not shown.

I saw today's episode (the one where Hemachandra won). I have a feeling there probably were some harsh words thrown about by JL (again). It was edited (of course) so all we were shown was AS replying to JL and saying something to the effect that "everyone has a knowledge of classical music...".
HR did mention the episode, where Aishwarya lost to Abhijeet, a couple of times but I dont blame him. He's only left with a couple of participants and wants to get public sympathy to get some of his contestants back into the fray. Also, he wants to remind everyone that AS and JL definitely were exposed as hyprocrits that day since they used to be proponents of "dont look at the past and only measure against the performance on that day" theory (unlike HR and ID).

I read someone here had said that at this stage of the show, the mentors
should not give there comments after the participants complete there
singing, as this also changes the views of the judges there.

I think that should be how it should be now, in that way we will get to see
more of the musical show and may be add one more round for the judges
to judge better and will also stop the fights between the mentors.

Every time there is more spoken about the mentors and there fights then
to how did the contesters do. Sad!
