No prob..these are great ideas.

I prefer bread myself...but the thick slice you can cut out of an itallian loaf. 😃 Bagels seem to be too chewy in my opinion. That's an individual thing though.

Try any combination of cheese, veggies, sauces and meats. It's bound to turn out good. 😃

Micro's are more easily accessible ... esp for a dorming coll student. Not everyone has a convection oven.. but you're right, it's better in the oven.
Of course the lazy bums here would rather the micro anyway. hehe

Kanda Poha

Ingredients

Thick Poha (flaked rice) 2 cups
chopped onion 1
chopped green chillies 1 tsp
hing 1 pinch
haldi 1/2 tsp
mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
peanuts 2-3 tsp
chopped coriander
grated coconut for garnish
oil for seasoning
salt to taste
sugar a pinch
Lemon juice 1 tsp

Method:

Wash poha and drain water completely and leave aside for 5 minutes.
To this poha add a pinch of sugar and salt to taste.
Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, hing, green chillies, haldi, onion cook for 5-minutes and then add peanuts stir for a second.
Add poha and mix well and cover it for a minute.
Garnish with coriander, coconut and sprinkle lemon juice just before serving coconut and sprinkle lemon juice just before serving.

Okay here is a recipe from me....😃

Take 2 bread slices...put margarine one one slice ..and put kechup on the other one...eat them together....yummy...😃

Dia...Okay i will try some day soon...happy...???

dont forget to cut off the crust - sprinkle the slice with margarine with powedered sugar and the one with ketchup with "sev" i dont know waht u call it in other languages and

No you wont get it in the grocery store also...u have to find a tree that bears it and pluck down...😆😆😆

Adi.... dont make fun of a starving guy i am dying to eat poha!!, coriander - i wonder... i am sure i must have had all this but how the heck do i identify them in the kitchen or the store!!😆 i hope they are labelled.
