Sonu recently made a statement that he is no more singing for money. Rahmaan seems to be making music for only few MD's including Mani Ratnam and Aamir Khan. Are the statements from today's top notch singer and top notch music director a cause of concern Or it will bring about some quality music.

Who have provided both the quality and quantity as a singer/ Music Director. What are your thoughts on quality vs quantity in Music world?😕

Definately Quality rules all the way. Short term hit remains for few days but fades away from the memories in a short span of time. Quality songs always remains in the heart.

But the big question is Does the Professional today really Believes in what they say or Is it just another publicity stunts. Or Do they charge a real handsome amount for a few chosen work as they make from all the conventional songs composed and rendered?

After all Showbiz is all about money, Talent and survival.

Statement is a personal one.

aap kuch bhi kahe lekin quantity ka jamana hai, quality ka kya hai tukke me ek-do baar aa hi jati hai😉

I don't think it is concern about music, it is more personal.. now they hv made enough money n fame .. now they are cutting thier work n enjoying thier life...

When someone enters Bollywood whether it is actor or MD.. they grab all the opprtuinity comes thier way to get them established... once they get famous, they relax by choosing few projects..

In my opinion it is just personal choice.. 😊 😊

Quality vs Quantity.!!!!
Quantity is definitely important. In terms of traffic its actually more important the quality. But quality has its rewards too.

It's quality that matters rather than quantity...but are they really concerned about the quality...well i guess we all know the answer 😕

For a newcomer or struggler quantity does not matter, while for lot many well-established/top artist quality does matter. For the later the personal taste for music, work-satisfaction I guess matters more than money.

Quality lasts forever....quantity fame is very momentary.... I would any day go with quality than quantity...better be remebered for your work...not for how many numbers ...

Maintaining the quality of music is critical to the long term success. Quantity may give you instant success but it is quality that people will reminisce after years.
