I think i enjoy his interviews and his confidence.. I am sure he has worked hard and i am also sure that its his own pic.. Inspite of bashing someone lets just wish him luck for future.. I think WE should always wish for good things about ppl rather than the opposite..

oh yes the pic is a fake, tempered in Adobe photoshop (No doubt).

There is no comaprision with Hritik in the 1st place as they have a wide gap in terms of experiance, talent and polurality wise, But we must agree Hritik too was very thin before he came to the Industry, My good wishes to Qazi.
