Unfair to Diwakar

i just finished watching the episode today and i have to say diwakar's "mitwa" was awesome!! he sang it so well and even tho his throat was bad the judges made such a big issue about it and it affected his marks!! i dunno wats wrong wid the judges, theyre being so unfair towards diwakar! if sanchita's throat was bad i dont think the judges wud actually end up giving her a B +!! and as far as i remember sanchita missed a couple of lines in her song and there are many times that many other contestant's throat are bad but they still get away wid an A or higher. diwakar is the best out of them because I dont think a judge like alka, abhijit-da or even bappida know wat its like to be in darkness and not be able to see anything for their life and yet diwakar sang soo wonderfully this song and yet again he ends up wid low grades. It is just unfair because comparing diwakar, who cant see and yet sings so gracefully, with other contestants is wrong because he is a winner already, and its not fair to him that he gets a B+ because none of the judges know what its like to be blind and yet be able to sing!

I agree with you Arun,this song was not for him.he was going way off in Mitwa alaap specially

i really cannot believe u guys acutally think he sang bad! i mean, do u know wat it is like to not see anything and sing so beautifully, ridiculous!!

Dear ,one doesn't sing with eyes,they sing from their throats and yes,we are saying that he was not good today in MITWA ,and plssssss don't bring his blindness and show that you are supporting him coz he is blind.Judge a person on singing yaar

Abhro sang Mitwa earlier in the show. The judges weren't as pleased at all. I think he even got a B from Alka or Bappida so I dont think the judges were unfair to Diwakar if they gave him low grades. I missed tonight's episode (will catch the repeat later) so can't comment on Diwakar's performance just yet. Mitwa isn't an easy song to sing. Bappida should have picked a better song for Diwakar, something that would suit his voice and style.

as far as i remember, when abhro sang this song the judges said there wasnt enough "josh" in it, yet today since diwakar had a throat problem, yet he sang it wid full grace and it totallly had an effect, just becuz his throat was bad doesnt mean he gets b+, hasnt sanchita's throat gone bad in the past, same wid shraddha n others, yet he still lands up wid a b+, first of all i think its absolutely wrong for judges to judge a person who cant see because a judge has no knowledge of wat its like to be in diwakar's feet

I have absoutely no intention of bringing up his disablitliy to be rude or negative, what im trying to say is that the other kids have an advantage over him, i know singing is from the throat! but still sight conducively helps and i think that diwakar is a winner for wat he is!

I agree with you! However, I don't feel it has to do with him being blind. It is only Abhijeet who brings up that fact, and the sympathy votes. I actually felt his performance of Mitwa was better than his first performance!
