😃 Can I participate too😉 despite me not missing anything... 😆😆😆 Am at home, and generally having a great time, as Navaratri has officially begun today. Just finished the final decorations to the house, sampled all the prasads made today, the days chundal and the whole house is now full of colour and flowers 😃

You don't get great South Indian food anywhere in Singapore! Only in South India!

True..but for folks like us so far away..even Singapore south Indian food especially the kaulumbos and the biriyani was just awesome....

Wahi to rona hai! I am going to Amsterdam on Sunday and returning only on Oct 1! So the visit to Burmanda's birthplace was a wish that became a wash-out. Burmanda will however continue to reside in my heart.

Durga Puja at Kolkata next year looks quite achievable. Will you also go?

No idea actually....this year i lost out on the entire summer ,winter activities also look doubtful... next year plans not yet made...lets see...😛

Great Thread.!!!!

Thanks didi I know the experience of that in Kolkata I was there once in 1979 so crowded and so busy the best is Luci Channa,Aloo and Channar Misty (sandesh).The best is Puja hit song. Love that. Didi your phone line is busy did try to call you.

Sorry Didi I was busy with some personal matter so I could not come to the forum.
