Warning a member, banning a member, and so many other countless things are there which we are routinely doing as a part of our day to day thing.
These cannot be kept out in open forum.
Say on a particular day, you make a stray comment which is totally out of character. Going by the book, we ought to warn you or ban you. But we know you. So we send you a PM, we talk to you and we sort out matters.
Often we dont even warn the member, but just talk to them and the matters are sorted out.
Tomorrow someone comes, takes out that post and displays it in the open forum for all eyes to see and point fingers and accuse, what do you want us to do? Sit and give explanation for every act of yours, when we know you were not completely at fault.
Do you know Vijay that in this beautiful section, there are really very few problem makers. Majority are wonderful people, bound together by the love of music. But in any group of this size, there is bound to be differences, which is what we face today.
At times like this, when someone comes and points fingers, it is unfortunate.
