Imagine Aamna has been invited to celebrate her Birthday with us at the India Froums (no Rajeev😡..only Aamna ) and she agrees.

You have been given the charges to put up a very memorable birthday party for her here .Unfortunately you are too tied up with other work and have taken up the task despite being upto your neck with work and tumhara dimag kaam nahi kar raha hain...

You don't have much time .. just 4 days In this short time you have to pull out a best show ever to make her birthday most memorable. So you decide to approach some members( IF Dev team also included) for themes, concept ,action plans , executionand also offload some of the duties.

My question to you : Who all are the members and what task will you assign each one.Mind you it should be right from concept until commissioning and please bindaas bol daalo, koi tang nahi karega/gi.

Concept of the party first......

A topic will opened at the KTH section anouncing the party celebration. Then on 16th another thread a sticky one where the celebrations will take place. Members will post songs for Aamna and wishes. Aamna will reply to as many as she can. Members will have a food bash (Virtual) there. A special retro for her will be arranged.

Now job distribution.......

Anouncement topic : Will ask Barnalidi to open that

The party topic : chocolate will be given to see to it.

Food arrangement : Mohsin and Areej. They are the official caterer for all KTH forum parties

Collection of songs from the members : Chinti, shiza, saara & cutiepie.

Collection of messages : Pinky Ponky, Pari, Seema.

These messages and songs are to be sent to Barnalidi and trups by 15th morning. They will arrange them and decide whose message to be posted when in the party topic and ones that will go for the retro.

Retro : Gurpreet~Fan and harpy will be given the task to provide information on Aamna. They will be sent to Anol who will then write the script. Songs will be added inbetween. That part will be done by me 😆 The retro will be hosted by Minnie and prepared and finalised by Kirti. This co-ordination and finishing off the task to be done by Priya.

Barnalidi and trups(Trupti) will be given the task now to post the messages and songs during the party to Aamna. I will be with her 😆 to help her to reply to them. Khaana peena chalta rahega saath mein. And members will post what they want to especially wishing her....

Beech mein she will be presented with the retro.... and asked to post her review regarding it in the topic itself.

Chocolate and Priya will be in complete charge of the whole party and keep a check on everyone. So that koi behak na jaye... 😆

Bhaskar you said that today is your last day as MOW. i am missing Adi right now, as he would have written a good thank note for you. I am not a good writer but will try to say my feelings. I will like to thank you the time you gave all of us to answer all the questions.

You have done a very good job in answering all kind of questions. Many things we came to know about you which we would have never known otherwise, like the Flute you played was real surprise for me. It looked like just a professional piece.

I think the decision of consideration of Development team bringing back Abhilash and Mohini is a real achivement.I hope we will see them in IF pretty soon.
