Thogh the lines does not describe nihira directly...

one can her dedication and hardwork for becoming a good singer...she always says I try to sing better and do not think of anything else..

braod translation of those lines is

Everyone should have a goal to catch
Everyone should have a way to walk
Some are happy within them,
Some are keeping stars as aim,
Dream of some are impossible,
goals of some easily acheivable,

Those who keep hard but acheivable goal...
only get outstanding success..
