"I was discovered by R.D.Burman. I think it's a big achievement to sing for R.D.Burman. He was a musical encyclopedia. I was selected by him. If he was a judge in today's times, I don't think he would have chosen anyone! My struggle is always for the best. I must get the best songs and music."

U can hardly come across his interviews without such comments. On personal front - I know for sure what he is - a friend of mine was working for NDTV for the program 'Jeena isika naam hai'. For one of the celebrities, she had to go to Abhijeet's house to take a video clip. After work was done, Abhijeet took her aside & asked her to spend the eve with him!

On the other hand, she was in full praises for Shaan & his wife. They are a perfect couple as well as perfect hosts even to journalists...

I will just comment on Abhijeet - the singer... Some of his songs for SRK for 'Yes Boss', 'Chalte Chalte' etc are very melodious.. of course credits to JL for the same too.. But, I always thought that he was lot more talented than Sanu but could never make it that big!

As for the non-singing aspects, I have nothing to say about Abhijeet 🤢

Abhijeet is one of the best singers of this age. He has always proven his talent. Its bad that he is facing competition from someone who is much less talented.
