I have this problem to a certain extent and I suggest you try these simple exercises (Please consult your doctor before that)

aye vinit jaldi changa ho jaa mere bhai...aur agar hamesha changa rehnaa chahta hain toh us dariwalle aur topiwalle ke saath zyaada milna jhulna bandh kar.saaf rahoge toh saaf sochoge aur fir rahoge..all the best for your speedy recovery...aur agli baar agar ho sake to Vidya Balaan ke saath photu kheechke yahaan zaroor post karna..dil khush ho jayegaa...
