Yes it was😳 We were batch-mates in college😛 He is currently working as a Functional Consultant in the ERP space

Well there are two most important things that contribute to anybody's success - potential and opportunity.. And remember first cant be displayed, until you have the second.. Sadly enough, it has always been a male dominated society for ages, where women have struggled even for basic rights, forget equal opportunities.. Education is the key to confidence and the most important skill in any field, and women have been depreived of that for ages together.. hence they were not to be seen in any of the fields you mentioned.. And yes, as you said things have started changing now, but we will still have miles to go to really make a statement.

Come to think of it, the most progressive and open nation of the world - the United States - has never had a woman president as yet. Doesn't that say it all!
